Tom and Barbara are the kindest hosts and so very helpful! We pulled our little vintage trailer out and set up a tent as well and we felt like were just out in the countryside alone. So peaceful and quiet! They were very accommodating and ready to help if we needed it, but they also gave us our space.

Mountain Springs Off-Grid is an awesome place to camp! The views are breathtaking and the cabin was so cozy and comfortable. A great set up with everything you need! Not only did we sleep great in the cabin but the outdoor cooking area made cooking meals super easy. Highly recommend staying at Mountain Springs Off-Grid!

We LOVED Boulder's Hideaway! Brooke is an excellent host. She has such an awesome space. The sites are spaced out great...felt completely private. She was so accommodating! Beautiful views, east to get to, clean and comfortable. She has the sites set up great for relaxing with the family. A great place to hang out!!

This is a great place to pitch a tent or drive in a van or camper to rest your head while exploring the high desert. Just a wide open lot with a great view of the stars at night!

Starry Night Camp is a great quiet little spot to camp! If your looking for a place to rest your head while visiting Landers, Yucca Valley, or Joshua Tree, this is a great spot! Beautiful place to star gaze. Barbie is an excellent host, very laid back and helpful!

This is a great place to come for peace and quiet to relax or have solo time away to write and take in the quiet. Catriona and Michele are excellent hosts. Very helpful and accommodating. Clean facilities and a great communal kitchen to gather in and cook meals. Very warm and inviting. Breathtaking views. They have put a lot of creativity and mindfulness into creating their retreat center.

A great place to rest your head before a hike in Joshua Tree National Park! Ben and Sophie have a comfy bed set up inside the homestead cabin with great views of the desert. They also have a super convenient vintage RV with running water and a place to cook up your breakfast! Or you can pitch tent out under the stars. They had fire wood handy and my dogs loved running free inside the fence. Beautiful view of the desert stars!

Such an awesome desert oasis getaway! Dan was an amazing host! Not only does he have an awesome set up with a tiny home, fire pit, and cooking pit, but he's also got a natural hot springs in the making from natural flowing water under the ground. Its a beautiful place to pitch a tent and camp out in the quiet.

Palomar Mountain View Ranch is a wonderful place to camp! Barritt was an awesome host. Beautiful views. A great place to watch the sunset. This would be the perfect place to bring out your horses and camp overnight. Tons of places to take the horses for a ride and then cozy in for a night of camping.

Jess and Doreen have an amazing space for camping! Its a peaceful and beautiful property with picnic tables and fire pits and if you camp out on the weekend while they have one of their festivals going on you have plenty of activities to do! From the petting zoo to candle making to tomahawk throwing and sling shooting paintballs....tons of activities! Great place to take the family to camp. I highly recommend Fort Cross Camping!

Kiran has so much to do out at 1970 Retro Ranch! Relax in the hammock, hike the trails, or sit out in front of the RV, Tee Pee, or tent and watch the sunset. He also has ping pong, driving greens, bb guns, a tire swing....the list goes on. He also has several friends that come and go so if your interested in a communal setting than this is your place! Not always quiet or secluded but a great place to hang out and meet new people!
