Description

This campground effectively lives up to its name as these sites (1-14), in a pinwheel-esque formation, are indeed quite cozily equipped with water, electricity, showers, restrooms, plenty of parking and a dump station. Well maybe the dump station isn’t so cozy in itself, but the idea that you can easily dispose of your garbage is a comforting one. Great for families, this site is located just next to a large playground and picnicking area.

This is a small, but very beautiful campground. The restroom and shower facilities are nice and well maintained, and the campsites are more primitive than some, but worth staying in for the beauty. The park is filled with huge trees and grasses that make it tranquil. The first time I stayed at this park, I had never heard of it before and happened to come across it. I am very glad that I did find it, as it is a small but spectacular area.
