A nice farm with a beautiful view and lots of room for any size of vehicle (including towing large trailers). The team there is very friendly and helpful. Overall a wonderful location for visiting the area.
We had full bars of Verizon 4G LTE which was just as fast as any 5G we've experienced and there are no trees blocking the northern view for Starlink. Be aware there's no privacy between camp/parking sites and it's an active farm with all the animal noises that go with it. They're not intrusive, but you'll know they're there...
We'll definitely be back if/when we visit the area again.

Extraordinary views and delicious produce! This was a really special place to camp, enjoy the night sky and the expanse of the Washington landscape.
Paulette was an amazing host and shared much about the ranch and its workings on the farm tour.
Plus amazing pickles and meat from the farm store!

This is a fantastic spot if you love farm animals and beautiful grass swept views. Paulette was a wonderful host and went out of her way to make my 8 year old daughter feel welcome. She showed her the baby lambs that were only 3 hours old and let us check in on the critters and watch the farm chores. There is a spot with electrical for hook up and a bunch of different accomodation options. We loved the play structure and their gift shop had some nice treats. The farm dogs and cat were so sweet and friendly and my daughter loved all the chicken and peacock feathers. The location was in the middle of some delicious winneries and the Observatory is an absolute must!

We camped at Paulette's farm last fall and again this year. It is a beautiful spot with big views of Hood, St. Helens and Adams. Her gardens are impressive and charming and the walk up to the lookout is not to be missed.

Absolutely an amazing stay! The ranch is so quiet and peaceful. The views are incredible. Great sunsets and stargazing.
Paulette is a gracious and welcoming host. The play area was great for the 3 kids ages 8, 3, and 2. The farm dogs, sheep, and other animals also helped entertain them.
It was truly great to see a working ranch raising food responsiby. Stop in the farm store and support the ranch by purchasing what is grown there... Her bread melts in your mouth.

Coming in from the north in a rented oversized camper van on the heels of a wind and rain storm in the area, I was personally greeted by Paulette (and the friendly ranch dogs) with much ease and grace. There were several sites offered for me to choose from, and I was able to quickly set up and settle in. The next morning, after the storm had passed, I was greeted by a beautiful sunrise and a peacock! This site felt like a safe haven -- in a literal storm. Before I continued on in my journey, I had the opportunity to visit the farm store and go for a walk around the ranch with my pup. Highly recommend!

Paulette's place was the perfect overnight stop on our way to a concert at the Gorge Amphitheater. We camped on the lawn, but would definitely try the sheep wagon or lookout tower on a future stay! Great little common area for eating meals or playing a game of cards, and a beautiful garden!

The most incredible stay!!! Paulette was the sweetest, the veggies and steaks made for a delicious dinner, and the views/sunset was incredible. I cannot wait to stay again .

We really enjoyed our night tenting here! We were greeted with warmth and smiles all around. We had everything we needed and more from fridge space to a camp stove to greenhouse veg.

What an absolutely magical place to spend the night! Paulette is a gem and her place is perfect for even the most particular of hipcampers! With lovely and well maintained surroundings, stunning views, delightful animals, a welcoming presence, immaculate facilities and even a communal kitchen, this place was a dream! And as icing on the cake, when my battery was dead at 7am, Paulette gave me and jump and starved hot tea while I waited. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!!!!

As noted by many other reviewers, Paulette is an amazing host and makes everyone feel welcome. We have a small 20 ft camping trailer and there were a number of places Paulette offered us to park. Had all the space and privacy we wanted, plus access to water (not continuously, but could fill our tanks easily by pulling over a hose) and even electricity. The kids (6 and 8 yrs old) had a great time meeting the sheep, helping with some farm chores, and playing on the playground (yes, there's a playground even!). Be prepared for any kind of weather out here - it was really windy for 2 of the days we were here, but it didn't diminish our experience. Highly recommended.

Great spot, wonderful views and an easy getaway. The surrounding farm is beautiful and Paulette is a great host. We bough some beef, vegetables and herbs and had a farm-grown feast. Definitely will come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Lorena Butte lookout ! It is in a great location with amazing views of Mt Adams and Hood. The lookout had everything we needed and it was a lovely surprise to find the toilet ! We were very lucky with the weather as it was warm and clear in March, but as the temperature dropped at night we used the gas heater which was easy to operate and really effective ! Paulette is a great host and if you are a meat eater she has great produce for sale from the farm. I will definitely be back !

Our trailer spot was easy to navigate. The views of the Klickitat Valley, Mt. Hood and Mt. Adam's were awesome, especially when seen from the amazing lookout! We are already planning our return.

We had such an epic weekend camping here at the ranch. The sunsets over Mt Adams were majestic. Our 4 and 6 year old had a blast hiking up to lookout and were entertained with the farm dogs, chickens, sheep, and more. Paulette is a wonderful host and truly an amazing inspiration for the work and smarts it takes to operate such a place. If you want solitude its easy to get and if you want to be social, that's easy too. We'll be returning soon!
