The property is nestled in the mountains between the Bavarian village of Leavenworth and Lake Wenatchee State Park. It is a natural playground with something for everyone, from shopping and tastings downtown to all season, outdoor adventures. Enjoy exceptional amenities including: covered parking, 30 amp electric, water, covered deck with hot tub, dry bar, fire table, 65 inch TV (except during cold weather), lounges, Bluetooth speakers, and heaters. Sport court with badminton and tether ball. Grass area for bocce ball and croquet. Two patios with Adirondack chairs, tables and chairs, lounges, picnic table, herb garden, grill with all supplies, fire pit (except during burn ban). Please remember that amenities are for MAXIMUM 4 REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. That means anywhere on the property any time of day. No pets, parties, or smoking of any kind! There are security cameras outside, which may not be altered in any way. If house rules are broken, you will be required to leave the premises without refund. Registering guest must have prior positive reviews, be 25+ years old, and be in attendance. Please review the cancellation policy before booking. We do not accept children under 5 years old. Children must have adult supervision on the deck due to the hot tub. Please cover the hot tub, turn off fire table, and turn off the outside heaters, TV, and music when not in use.

Great spot near the Wenatchee River

🌰 Acorn Studio

Very nice studio for a couple or a small family close to Leavenworth and Lake Wenatchee and the Wenatchee River. Beautifully appointed and wonderful covered/heated patio with hot tub and bbq. Super nice and gracious host!

🏕️ Chipmunk Glamping

A beautiful spot in a quiet little development by the river and close to Plain for any needs and Lake Wenatchee State Park for paddle boarding and kayaking or other water fun. The parking spot is super easy to access and even have a covered RV port to shield under. Super spacious and beautifully adorned patio with hot tub and BBQ. We also rented the studio for my daughters which was spectacular. Kim is a very gracious and attentive host who makes the stay very hospitable. We’ll be back!
