This was my second stay at Kindness. Janet and Tom are accommodating and flexible, and they’re also really good people. I think that they sincerely want to share their beautiful land with others and there is a lot of it. Palm Beach is great spot and a lot to explore up and around the waterfall. It was a little warm so I walked in the brook and it felt great. Next time, I might try another site. I had a meeting and needed a full-proof internet connection so I asked Janet if I could sit near the barn. “Drive right up into the site…” and it is a great spot. Private and very pretty. Janet and Tom, thank you for another great camping experience. I highly recommend Kindness.

Janet was so kind and so accommodating. The campsite was alongside a big field and a grocer of trees and the full moon was so beautiful above the site! We originally booked the break side spot, but due to heavy rain the bridge to the site washed out, but Janet quickly made the other site available to us and it was perfect! We forgot a frying pan and Janet was kind enough to share hers and a pitcher of fresh water! We will be back again some time!!!

Lovely Vermont Space with Goats!

We really enjoyed the space for one night. Janet was very welcoming and we loved getting to meet her goat mama and the babies Mario and Luigi! My kids had a blast getting to bottle feed them! The space was by their home but more private than some, as the barn gives you some privacy. We did a lovely hike at a close by environmental education center. We also enjoyed watching her guinea hens! No one was at the tent site so we also enjoyed walking over to the creek spot, so beautiful!

This site was beautiful! It is a big open field easily accessible with a car but is tucked away so still feels very private- and it’s super close to a beautiful stream. Janet is lovely and was so helpful and gave us so many good recommendations in the area. They have a bunch of guinea's fowl that roam around the property and they are so fun to be around! Janet also let us meet their baby goats who were adorable.

I actually stayed at the “Palm Beach” Site and had such a great experience. Janet is the best host I’ve ever had. We connected earlier in the day but I had made a reservation somewhere else, which did not workout for no fault reasons. I contacted Janet to ask if I could come there and, even thought it was late, she said absolutely and told me to meet her at the house so she could bring me to the campsite. The wood for the fire was ready for me to light and the site was perfect. I highly recommend Kindness and especially the “Palm Beach” site. It’s a special place and Janet is a special person. I met the baby goats too. So fun. I will be returning. Janet’s place is now my go-to camp.

My significant other and I loved staying here! From the very moment we booked, we got such a nice, informative message on where to park and where to set up, as well as stuff to do on the property. We were greeted by Tom, and later met Janet and their granddaughter- as well as some hens and baby goats! I was even offered to come help feed the baby goats and omg they were so cute. Everyone was so incredibly helpful and sweet! Terrain to the property is tough, and would recommend 4WD but we were 100% satisfied!
