Description was right on: great for stargazing, no frills, just what I wanted. Asked Art for clearer directions and he emailed me better ones, with a map. Turns out you need a gate code, which I know til arrival; was able to get Art on phone (not text) right away so that worked out. "1201" in the directions = 1201 LeBec Road, look for non-descript tin building there
