WIFI at site 3 was very spotty so I wouldnât rely on that. Using a hotspot (T-mobile was better than Verizon) or the wifi at the barn is better if you need strong signal for work purposes. We had longer hoses but be warned that standard length hoses will probably not be long enough to connect to water, etc. Louedith was helpful and overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great base to visit Asheville and surrounding areas.

Smoky Hollow #1
in Glamping at Smoky Hollow Resort, TennesseeLyn W.recommends this listing.
Rob and Rebecca and their family were all super friendly and hospitable. The RV spot can be a bit tricky to back into but Rob was able to guide my husband into the spot. They helped us with starting our fire and gave us a dozen (delicious) eggs from their coop. Beautiful views and felt private and secluded despite a fifth wheeler behind us. Spot was also convenient to Pigeon Forge attractions. The family is developing the property into a glamping destination and had great plans for the future. We wish them success and would definitely stay here again.

the view by the back of the barn is nice as you can see mt le conte in the background. they have a telephone pole in the back with 20 amp electricity if you need it. there's a spigot where you can get fresh water. cows were super friendly (esp no 14!). there was some road noise but it didn't bother us. nice open space and private even though there were a couple other campers on the pasture. the only downside was the amount of cow poop -- which if you have a sensitive nose like me, could be problematic. perfect for a night or two if you're wanting to be close to pigeon forge / smokies.

Very friendly hosts. Theyâre developing the spot into an RV park. We stayed in an RV spot by the river for a couple nights. Good views, quiet, and spacious!

Rustic Roots Sanctuary RV
in Rustic Roots Sanctuary, MissouriCute farm
Lyn W.recommends this listing.
We stayed here in a 20ft trailer with a toddler for 2 nights as a base for visiting St Louis on our way down south. Anything bigger than our trailer might be a a tad tricky to maneuver as the roads leading to the farm are rather narrow and the gravel parking spot requires backing up. The farm was charming. Our son was absolutely delighted by the goats. As a bonusâa baby goat was also born during our stay! Janett was a gracious host and we would definitely stay here again if weâre passing through.
Lyn hasn't gone on any trips yet.
