Writer's Cabin @ Crazy Rooster Farm
in Cordwood Writer's Cabin, WisconsinThis place is a gift! I loved the cordwood cabins, the location, the scenery, the tea :) (Sacred Blossoms). Great place to get focused work done while basking in the glory of western Wisconsin. So peaceful and rejuvenating! I will definitely be returning.
Site 1 Fallen Tower
in Purplehaze Acres, WisconsinWe loved the location of this campsite, away from the state parks during a busy holiday week. Nestled in the beautiful rolling farmlands of Wisconsin yet in close proximity to parks, lakes, the Horicon Marsh, etc, this site's location afforded the opportunity to explore an area of our state we weren't wholly familiar with. Purplehaze Farm itself is remote, peaceful, and lovely. We stayed in Fallen Tower, and loved the pine cover, the fireflies and frog chirps at night, as well as the symphony of songbirds in the morning.
