Two small cordwood cabins, one designed as a writer's cabin the other a little kitchenette with cold shower. There's also an outhouse with composting toilet. The property is part of Crazy Rooster Farm and Amish Telephone Booth, a 60 acre former Amish farm that's now a medicinal herb farm and production for Sacred Blossom teas. (It's also the local Amish telephone booth)

What an incredible location! I wish we could have stayed for a week. We met Jeffrey at his farm and he gave us the tour (it's currently being used to grow herbs that are used for tea) and then he walked us over to the cabins which are on a private, adjacent lot. My husband and I have always been infatuated with DIY tiny homes and Jeffrey was happy to answer all of our questions about the cordwood cabins and the building process. We were definitely inspired! I would highly recommend a stay here and I'm itching to go back!
This place is a gift! I loved the cordwood cabins, the location, the scenery, the tea :) (Sacred Blossoms). Great place to get focused work done while basking in the glory of western Wisconsin. So peaceful and rejuvenating! I will definitely be returning.
