Past trips
Site 1 - Rufuspoetscornermarket-40 acre site
in Big Alâsâ campsite, HawaiiEasy going coffee and macadamia far
Rufus was kind and hospitable. He is a busy man working his 40 acres and the roadside market. The warm shower was a welcome surprise.
Guacamole sunsets & baby lambs
in Guacamole Sunset, HawaiiFresh guac! đĽ
Barbara is friendly! Our kids got to feed the lambs, found avocados, and gathered macadamia nuts. We enjoyed fresh guacamole on her porch at sunset and got to hear about her life. Sad to hear she is looking for a buyer for her place. She has a great space and hospitable spirit!
Caroline's Location Two
in Caroline's Stand Hana Maui, HawaiiOceanview under the bamboo!
Great setting for our two nights there and a great overall locationâclose to Hana and walking distance an awesome beach access. The shower is cold water only and not private, but we made it work for us. We were unlucky as Tonyâs place (restaurant) was closed the days we were there. We would have loved to try their food! Recommend this place highly!
