in Desert's Edge at Lake Havasu, ArizonaDan is a super-friendly guy with a beautiful, level site that is clean white rock. It has a very good view of the hills and beautiful lights of the city at night. Access to Lake Havasu and Lake Havasu City is close. We stopped in for two nights on our way home, and would definitely stay there again.

If you want to get away from it all, this is the place to go. Wide-open spaces, quiet and relaxing allows you to disconnect. Curly is a wonderful host who is always available. We will go there again.
Past trip
The Roadrunner RVer Refuge Hilltop
in Roadrunner Refuge, New MexicoWe booked another week we liked it so much. Roadrunners and hawks, doves and finch-types. Beautiful walks with the dog. It's a great place. Robert and Jaimie are fabulous hosts. We'll be back.
Past trip
The Roadrunner RVer Refuge Hilltop
in Roadrunner Refuge, New MexicoWe loved camping here. The one RV site was perfect. It is on a hill with great views overlooking Las Cruces in the distance, and pecan orchards closer in. We have an old dog and he was very happy here. There's a hot tub that we haven't been in yet, but plan to; so that is something to look forward to. Robert is very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend it here and we will be back.
Janice hasn't gone on any trips yet.

in The Rocking T, ArizonaPeace and quiet
Such a peaceful, quiet site. Very casual with curious animals that turn to look at you from their pens when you sit outside. Beautiful sunsets and close to really good Mexican food in Douglas. Wonderful hosts Hila and Tony were so welcoming and generous. We loved it there.
