Past trip
in C2T Ranch on the Saline River, KansasThe campground was mowed and well-organized, and hostsâ communication was great. Unfortunately we booked on an extremely hot night (100 degrees at 8 pm) and ended up getting a hotel due to the heat + vicious black flies. Also, we saw three snakes on the property, so keep this in mind if you plan on taking hikes (one looked like a gopher snake, and the other might have been rattlesnakes⌠hard to tell). This is probably a lovely campsite in spring and fall, when the stream water is cooler. Great for dogs. Bring bug spray and watch for snakes!

4D Tiny Cabin
in Four Directions Retreat, OregonChris and Nicole were so kind and welcoming, and the tiny cabin exceeded our expectations! We were so grateful for the flannel sheets and the morning coffee. We would definitely love to return.

Site 1 swing under oaks
in This is Outdoor Living, CaliforniaWe had an absolutely wonderful stay on Mehmet and Chico's property. The river is absolutely magical, and every campsite is desirable and has plenty of privacy. We went towards the end of September with the intention of going to Sequoia to do an extended day hike. We almost didn't leave the site because the campsite was so beautiful and serene. I'm really glad we chose to stay two hours south of Sequoia, because the night was so much warmer in a tent at M&C's than it would have been had we stayed in Sequoia!
