This camp is conveniently located to numerous outdoor activities in upstare SC. There isn't a bad here, all are near a small river. There is a tree line on each side of the caming area; trees on east side shade from AM sun and trees on the west side shade from PM sun. The place is really quiet with lots of birds chirping, singing and calling to each other. We had cell service there; Verizon. Each site has a picnic table along with a fire ring. The river is amazing, clear and cold but that does not bother me. The host, Tone, responds timely, is accommodating and lets you enjoy your time at camp. I hope to camp here again, soon, as there is much to do nearby.

Scott has found a slice of nirvana on Earth. Scott met me upon arrival, in the dark, and showed me the sites. I was the only one camping tonight and had my pick of sites. I choose one closest to the creek, #5. It was awesome. I could hear the insects all night, when it wasnt cloudy I could see tons of stars, amazing. I haven't seen a night sky like that since The Black Hills of SD. If im back in the north Georgia area I will camp here again.
