Past trip
in Andy J.âs Land, FloridaBare site but close to beach!
Dylan J.recommends this listing.

I wonât sugarcoat it. As it stands in April of 2022, there is nothing on this site. It is a clear plot of land with room for some cars and tents. But I challenge you to find anywhere else within a half hour of the beach for less. If you are passing through and just need a place to sleep, or you have all your equipment and want to be close to the beach for a few days, this is the spot. I received great instructions from Andrew and found the site with no issues. I had phone connection and ample room to put my things. When I stayed I just slept in my car, but within 45 minutes of waking up I was enjoying the sun and the sand at the beach, and it cost less than dinner at most restaurants! You canât beat that. Stay here!
Past trip
in Castanea Farm, FloridaI challenge anyone to find a HipCamp host more kind and generous than Mary. When I arrived she guided me to the site and walked with me around the property to explain everything I needed to know. She told me about the tree grove and the wildlife that inhabited the property, about the area and recommended attractions to me. I took Mary up on her advice and visited the Santa Fe River and got to see some amazing wildlife. If you are looking for a cozy site with a gracious host, you can stop your search. Youâve found the best of the best.

I definitely recommend this plot for anyone passing through or looking to take a trip to North Carolina. Beautiful land, lovely people. Besides talking with Gracie or any of the other members on the farm, exploring the ponds, or interacting with the animals, I suggest take a short walk through the woods. The foliage is lush and the wildlife is plentiful. I have now stayed twice and I will definitely stay again. Do yourself a favor and book here!

We got there really late, around 3am. Thanks to Gracieâs instructions earlier that day, it was painless to pull in and get to sleep. As I stretched my legs one of the farm cats showed up and let me pet it for a while. It was the gray one, super nice. We didnât get a chance to say goodbye before we left in the morning, but what we saw of the property was absolutely beautiful. We will be back for sure!
Past trip
in Goats and Ducks, FloridaI would challenge anyone to find a more warm and welcoming host than Yariv. There are so many things I could talk about. The space, the accommodations, the flexibility, I would fill up this whole box. Yariv and Asia have an amazing site and the goats and ducks are very cute! If you arenât booking here, youâre making a mistake.
