We had a 50-amp site on the pasture, but it might have been the only one. Quiet ranch with horse cattle and goats. Great communication with the host. We just needed a one night stop and it for the bill.

The Long Horn cattle were very majestic animals, my boxer was obsessed with them. They were having horse riding lessons when we pulled up, another first for my dogs. We had a nice place to stay and even filled up our fresh water tank. The farm was beautiful and the sunset was amazing! I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect spot to spend the night to split up my drive north. This wasn't too far off of 95 and easy to find. It was nice and quiet at night. No other campers were there during my stay but there is plenty of room for multiple people to stay without being too close to each other.

I loved staying here , it was so nice ! I love seeing the cattle and horses , park right at the corner and I watch the sunrise and sunset! I saw some fowls and ducks too ! And petting a little kitty on my way to the loo. The horse near the fence likes to come over and say hello ! Haha it took all of me not to pet them ! Careful on the drive into the ranch it’s very bumpy ! On my 2wd! I had my goldfish on my trip , he almost flew out ! Haha

Great experience at Gracie’s farm. The camping area next to the arena makes it easy to watch folks riding and working the horses. My daughter and I took a riding lesson in the morning that was a ton of fun; definitely recommend it if you stay. That being said it is a working farm so expect to have folks coming in and out to load/unload horses near the camping area.

Overall the location was great, nice clear communication and directions, easy to get to. Nice grassy area to pitch our tent on. Unfortunately the porta-pottie was smelly and didn't feel very clean, and the camp area was lit up by nearby lights as we were going to sleep (turned off later).

I loved camping at Gracie’s Farm. It was an easy pull in with our 55 feet of Motorhome and trailer and overlooking beautiful pasture with horses and cows!!!

Very peaceful, there are some beautiful horses. We got stuck in the field due to heavy rainfall the day before. Cam was kind enough to pull us out with his tractor.
We would absolutely stay again.

Great communication from Gracie and a very pleasant stay! Watching the workings at an active farm was interesting, and the Hipcamp area is isolated enough to not be disrupted by farm noise. Overall a very pleasant stay!

This camping spot is great! There are farm animals on the property that do make noise but they are adorable! I did a lesson during my stay and will definitely be coming back for more lessons! The porta potty was clean and there were plenty of picnic tables around the property.

We enjoyed our stay at Cavvietta Ranch and wish we had time to stay longer. There was plenty of area to walk our dogs around and tons of animals to watch play and graze. Pedro and Gracie were very hospitable, quick to respond, and they were more than respectful when it came to noise in the morning when the wife and I decided to sleep in late. I'm not sure if it was the case or not but it was almost like they waited for us to show face before that began their work on the farm for the day. The animals were also quiet although we wouldn't have minded if cows, sheep, etc. began calling for their food or if they had started their morning earlier because we understand on a farm there is always tons to do. It was also well lit so we could see our way around easily to walk the dogs after the sun had set. Thank you Pedro and Gracie for the nice and relaxing evening on your beautiful property. We would definitely stop here again!

The ranch was another perfect pit stop. It was a pleasure to watch the horses being worked and to rest among them and cattle. Super close to 95. Sunset and sunrise just perfect.

They were very accommodating as we arrived after dark. Land was flat and a water spout was available when we needed a little water for our trailer.
The staff treated us like we were friends and we spent the morning in the barn with the horses as it was a rainy day.
Very nice vibe and we will be going back for sure on our way back to Fla next year.

We spent a night here on our way North on route 95. Not far from the highway. Basically a grassy field to park your camper or pitch a tent. There's running water available and a Port-a-Jon. It's a working horse farm so there's horse related activities under the lights until about 9 pm. There are friendly dogs that roam the property. It's not glamorous, at least not in February. It's fairly quiet and no one interacts with you. I'd stay there again.

Porta potties need maintenance and we had to climb through a broken fence to get to them.
Otherwise, all was fine. Safe, quiet.
