Book a peaceful and beautiful site on a private creek. The Redwater Revival Campground joined Hipcamp and was open during the 2020 summer season. Herb met and accommodated many wonderful guests and had a blast doing it. The red bluff in the background was a very strategic vantage point for early Indigenous Americans for hunting game that roamed the creek bottom. The rest of this exciting story will have to be heard when you get here. The Redwater Creek is full of Brown and Rainbow trout. They are sneaky little buggers that can actually hear your footsteps when you are fishing along the bank. Please make sure that you stay with us for some very restful mesmerizing sleep along our part of the creek at the Redwater Revival Campground.

Tower Valley RV Park is a small, newly established park in the center of small-town Hulett, WY. We are walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. All of our RV sites are full hookup with 50 or 30amp connections. Every site is a 'back in' but there is plenty of room for maneuverability. Not all hookups are on the 'driver' side, but they are identified as 'passenger or driver' side during the reservation process. The park lies along the trout-filled, clean and clear Belle Fourche River, and our guests are welcome to play along the banks, soak up the sun, and play in the cool water. We even have float tubes for sale and kayaks available for rent. Ask us about our guided kayak tour. It is a quiet place to camp with a nice view. The owner is pleasant to talk with. If you blink you miss the drive which is kind of steep. Someday he will have the septic completed and it will be full hookup at some of his rv sites. Pleasantly located on the side of Sundance.

4 nights at Luxury RV Canyon Retreat

We reserved the camper site for a long weekend in September and loved our site. They are right near the entrance to Spearfish canyon and it is beautiful there. June was super responsive to all of our questions which was great. It is very peaceful and quiet and we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. The site is concrete and there is water hookup which we loved. We have a 26ft camper and recommend backing the camper in for the smoothest transition. If we decide to come back to the Black Hills we would stay here again.

Just off I-90 in Sundance, Wyoming. 30 minutes from Devil’s Tower and close to Rapid City. Nestled back in the hills, with electricity, but no water or toilet. However, this wasn’t a problem since we had our own. We received good directions and had no trouble finding the place. There is a nice, long driveway to walk with no traffic. We never met the host, but had a nice stay.

Great base camp for exploring Devil’s Tower! We stayed overnight and explored the tower the following day. We stayed up top where there was electrical available. We were in a big field which our dogs loved. The tent sites down below looked lovely. Nice trees all around. We were very happy to arrive, as it was late & we were exhausted! Thank you, Victoria!

Camp Barlow was perfect! Nice area with plenty of space at each camp spot. Not your ordinary porta potty! Stocked with TP and paper towels and water was a nice surprise. Several deer came around, we heard turkeys in the area and in the early morning hour we were serenaded by a what I assume were coyotes. Felt safe and the view was beautiful.

My 6 new RV sites are ready for campers, electric only. These are located at the top of the campground. They are pull through and can accommodate large R. V.'s. The Bearlodge Mountain Resort can be a quiet getaway from a hectic lifestyle, a base camp for hunting, an adventure-packed vacation, or a great spot to stay while you tour area attractions. Where "networking" is two pickups parked in the middle of the road so that their drivers can visit. Where we go grocery shopping in the woods during the fall. Where "neighbors" might live two hours away or just down the road. Where directions are given in "north and south" instead of "right and left". Life's a little slower, people a little more sincere and a handshake still means something! PLEASE READ: IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TENT CAMPING: I don't have any shower or bathroom facilities. The closest place I know of is the Conoco a mile north of my place on Cleveland St. They have a truck stop and I'm told the shower is nice. There is a chance I won't be on site to greet you, but so far everyone has been incredibly respectful and found some great places to put up a tent. I trust you!

I stayed at Cottonwood Campground (part of Keyhole State Park) in April 2017. My timing was perfect as I literally had the entire campground to myself for several days. A ranger I spoke with told me the campground would start getting busy soon as the spring weather arrived. The spot that I was able to camp overlooked the lake from a rocky outcropping and was surrounded by trees. I had deer wander through the campground each day, while ducks, geese, and even pelicans were visible in the lake surrounding the campsite. This was my second stay at Keyhole State Park, though the first at this particular campsite. My experiences so far have been good here. I paid $10/night as a WY resident, while the non-resident rate is $17/night.

Tatanka Campground

What a beautiful place to wake up!! This is a really gorgeous spot! Campsites are totally exposed but have nicely constructed flat tent beds. There are no showers, but pro-tip, if you head 20 minutes over to the nearby town of Pine Haven, there's a little guest house just at the entrance of the town (building with the general store and across from the grocery store) and you can take a shower for $6 that is as clean as a hotel, nice and hot.
