Nestled between Tonasket and Republic, we welcome visitors to our beautiful and well appointed mini RV Park. We have two 50 amp full hook up sites as well as a third site that welcomes tent campers too. The third site has 30 amps and water, with sewer available as an "Extra" for RVs that want a full hookup. It also has our "Soon to be famous" Beach Outhouse. We love the area and are eager to share the hidden gems that abound here. We will be happy to recommend the finest day drives in the region as well as other adventure advice for our area. The Lazy C does not have cell service. The closest cell service can be obtained 20 miles away in either the town of Tonasket or Republic. That said, wi-fi calling on most cell phones work just fine. NOTE: Complimentary Camp Fire Wood Provided.

Please message before booking to get a list of the requirements for winter months October 20th to April 1st. I had been searching for over 2 years for a property where I could make a difference in the environment and live in the wilderness. I was looking for water on a large tract of land that was remote. In 2017 I found the perfect property and to my dismay it had sold 2 days before I saw the listing. I was shocked because this was the perfect property. In my 2 years of searching I knew exactly what I wanted and this was the property. It had a private lake with fish. A solar cabin with a flush toilet and hot shower. The cabins 8 foot windows faced West for magical sunsets and view of the storms that roll in from the coast. It was beautifully treed with just the right amount of open meadow and forest with Hemlock, Ponderosa pine, and Larch. How could this property be sold? I tried to let it go but thought about it for the next year. After a year and a half had passed and my search continued I came across an advertisement for this magical property, it was up for sale again. I called the real estate agent immediately and found that an offer had been made but the buyers could not commit for 5 more months. I made an offer that day not really knowing how I was going to pull off the money. I knew this property was meant for me. I wrote the owner a letter explaining that I was a land steward and that this land would never be developed. I would be putting it in a land trust where no developers could put up condos. The owner happened to be a environmentally focused human and he ended up selling to me. Come to find out when I had first saw the property sold a year and a half before, that transaction had fallen through. The owner had just taken it off the market for the winter. You will absolutely love the magic of Nirvana Gardens. The quiet, the wild animals, the crystal clear lake, clean air, and relaxing healing atmosphere of the ultimate nature bath.

Septic dump may be available with prior permission for an extra fee. No internet service available. Some cellular service may provide a little signal, but do not count on it. Between two boat launches, a 20 mile drive North or South, both 9 river miles away by boat. Fort Spokane or Two Rivers to the South with a marina, dock fuel, convenience store, Chuck Wagon and Fort Spokane Restaurant's. To the North is Hunters boat launch, Grocery, Cafe, and Bar and Grill. The Bar and Grill has live music most summer weekends. Fruitland, a few miles closer, offers the Fruitland Winery, also with live music some weekends, and the smallest Market with the most supplies from fuel and food to marine and auto parts.

Cabin in the woods

There was originally a camper parked here with a roof over it while the main house was built back in th 1970s. When the home was finished the camper was moved out and it was turned into the cabin. It originally had a wood stove but it was always to hot so we replaced it with an electric heater and at the same time remodeled the interior. It is very comfortable for two to three people as it only has the bunk beds. Additional bedding can be furnished when needed. Included in cabin is a frig, microwave, small closet and dining table with 4 chairs. When it's time to loosen up, this lovely 123-acre park is here for you. The Curlew Lake shoreline is perfect to kick back on. When you're ready for some action, you can dive in for some swimming or water sports in the summer. Winter has no shortage of snow sports, too.

A lake without boats doesn't make much sense at all— there are no-fee boat ramps and an 80-ft boat launch area to remedy that. Break the biggest tiger muskie record set at this very lake with the primo freshwater fishing.

There are two miles of trails created for a leisurely hike or bike ride. You're likely to see birds of all variety like the heron and osprey, and you might even catch sight of a bald eagle.
