Low Meadow Farms (formerly Brown Bike Farms) is a serene four-acre meadow bordered by Burnett Creek. The campground is an easy distance to Downtown Knoxville and an even easier access to all that South Knox's Urban Wilderness has to offer. It uniquely offers a hint of backcountry camping without the 25-mile hike in. It is a great way to test the waters for primitive camping or an easy stop close to the city for a seasoned traveler. It is best suited for car camping, RVs, tent, and hammock camping.
There are fire pits and picnic tables at each site with enough room for tents and RVs. Most sites have trees suitable for hammock camping all along the creek.
There is potable water, firewood for sale, solar showers, and a bike wash stand all next to the covered communal area.
Each standard site can accommodate 2 people to keep space between groups and lessen the impact on the land. Sites 10 and 13 can each accommodate 6 guests. If you have more in your group, we recommend reserving an adjoining campsite.
Sites 1, 2 and 3 are off the main path to the left of the property, and still by the creek. Sites 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 are all along the creek and gravel drive Site 10 is very private with creek access on three sides. Site 11 is private with creek access all along the front. Site 12 is up high on a hill, and Site 13 is open in the middle of the meadow.

Views that can bring a tear to a glass eye and relaxing sounds of the creek can be heard from anywhere on the property. Hundreds of Hiking trails in the area, many just a short distance from the property. Please be respectful of others' property and no trespassing signs.
It’s a gravel mountain road the last several miles to the property and like driving through an enchanted forest. The secluded location, peaceful and breathtaking views make this place a must-see adventure.

While visiting Greenbrier you can find a picnic area near the river and an outdoor pavilion with a large grill for your special events located there .
Several trail heads are located there in the Greenbrier community including Brushy Mountain trail Old settlers trail (several old settlements can easily be found here) Porters Gap trail.
There are too many local attractions to list within 15 to 25 minute drive , from horseback riding . tubing, rafting , smoky mountain gravity park to shopping outlet malls . READ !! Heartstone is located on a modestly pitched, terraced slope where a divided mountain stream, the tumbling Squally Creek rejoins itself! Islandsite is located at the top of the island where the tumbling Squally Creek divides! Access is provided by the 40' long fallen tree bridge! Islandsite is amazing and very unique!
Diamondstone, Heartstone, and Islandsite all feature a picnic table, charcoal grille, and comfort facility. They are all within a short walk from your private parking! Enjoy evenings at the new fire pit area with benches overlooking the fire pit and creek!

In Spring, Summer, and Fall, you are welcome to use our boat launch and tie up to our dock! A canoe and 2 kayaks are available for time on the water. Boat Rentals and jet ski rentals are available at local marinas. If you are bringing your own boat, there is plenty of room to park your trailer on our property, and you can tie up in the cove in front of your campsite and private firepit area. Whether you are looking for a quiet place to park overnight, or want to set up for a week of fun in the Smokies- we are perfect for fishermen, couples and families. Gas and Grocery Shopping are close by, and great restaurants are only minutes away in historic downtown Sevierville. Our home is located nearby on the property, but privacy is always respected! Quiet hours after 10 pm! *****Douglas Lake levels are regulated by the Tennessee Valley Authority. In winter our water levels are often down 40 feet. During winter close lake access and our Boat Launch is not always available. Public Launches are available nearby year round.

We’re three longtime friends from different islands who bought this land to create a place where people can unplug, breathe, and return to simple living. Every campsite, trail, and fire pit on this property was built by us—no contractors, no big companies—just hard work, good music, and a love for the outdoors.

Loved campsite #5! Definitely what I needed to reset... Nothing but creek, trees, and a campfire!! Perfect set up! Although it rained the evening we were there, we had an amazing time, just wish it didn't rain the whole night, so we couldve hiked and explored more... but thats not the host fault... just mother nature! Everything was perfect and had a great time!

I had such a great time solo camping here. I literally had the entire campground to myself. The campground is clean and well-maintained. The sunrise views are definitely worth booking this spot. Highly recommend booking this spot.
What to Know:
The campsite is a large field with views of the mountains. You drive up the gravel road and the campsites are at the top of the hill. You just pick one and thrive.
The bathroom - as stated in description, it’s nothing fancy but it works just fine. Bring toilet paper.
Google Maps Coordinates - I set my Google Maps to the coordinates listed in the Hipcamp app and they were wrong. Took me to a very remote and overgrown gravel road that almost destroyed my car. Put “Eads Bluff Overlook Campground” in your maps app instead.
Be prepared with shade from the sun if you are checking in before the sun starts to go down. It can get warm on top of the mountain. There is no shade at the campsites.
There are definitely bugs so make sure to bring plenty of bug spray.
You will totally enjoy relaxing here!

Weekend Trip to Mountain Creek Rest
We had a great weekend at Diamondstone! From the cabin to the creek we were able to relax, unwind, and even adventure a little. Brian was kind and a pleasure to talk to, be sure to greet him if you get the chance as he had lots to share with us! The cabin and toilet were stocked with cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and plenty of liners/ bags! Our dog, Vivi had a blast and had lots of space to sniff around. We hope to make it back in the future!

This is an absolute gem of a campground. Site 10 is so perfect and surrounded on 3 sides by a gorgeous little creek. My sister and I tent camped with our 3 dogs and there was plenty of space to spread out the dog ties without them getting tangled up in things. It felt very private even with other campers close by on other sites. The bathroom was clean and the site was easy to access. The only thing was there is no dumpster on site so you must pack your trash out with you, but it was no big deal considering all the other perks. There is a small wood shelter where you can pay a few bucks for plenty of wood. There is even a few chairs and, a small charcoal grill, and a cooking grate available to borrow if you need them which was such a sweet touch! We were able to use the grate as we forgot ours. All in all, it was an amazing place to camp and we will definitely be back.

I checked in around 5pm on April 30th, 2026. I was shortly greeted by one the owners Aaron who was cleaning up the property before the rest of the campers showed up. His vibe was relaxed and fun. They have a bath bag. City water. Portable bathroom with toilet paper a pavilion with firewood for good pricing and maps/pamphlets of surrounding activities to explore.
As a local to Knoxville, this was a nice place to kick up my feet creek side while my dog exhausted her self. Spend 3 nights there, starbucks and lowes & a pet store just a few miles away.
Site #4 was spacious with a great area to walk through the creek. Fire pit was clean and operable with the portable bathroom a short walk away. The site is on the main strip of the gravel way, but it is a campground, so vehicle activity is to be expected. During the day most the campers left and i was left pretty much solo on the entire campground. Was a lot of fun with friendly and respectful other campers on the ground!

Camped here before in the fall. This time, they had live music on Saturday night. It got a bit rowdy, but the band was done by 10:00 PM and it settled down quick. Still a wonderful spot and we will be going back. Just a head’s up for families with children.
The band was really good, just not a peaceful scenario.

I loved tent camping so close to town in a secluded spot next to beautiful trees and a stream. The sound of the water made it easy to sleep after a day of adventure. The fire wood options made it easy to use the fire pit, and the picnic table was a level place to make breakfast.
