30 years ago this was a pay lake it has been shut down for years. I got it a few years ago for a family getaway. So there is some really nice fish in the lakes. One of the prettiest and most thoughtfully designed Airbnbs I've ever stayed in! Everything was spotless, well organized, and the hosts truly thought of every little detail, we never needed anything that wasn't already there. We arrived while it was raining, and the views were absolutely amazingggg, making the whole place feel even cozier. It was easy to find. My only tinyyyy wish is that checkout was at 11 AM instead of 10 AM since the checkin was 4pm I believe, but everything else was perfect. Can't wait to come back!

Staying at this site was truly one of the most if not THE most relaxing bnb experiences I’ve had. I thought it would be a bit further back on the property but it is still just perfect. Everything was so cozy, the temperature control inside is perfect and that porch is to die for!! The couch and bed inside too is so comfy. You can tell the work this couple put into the renovations and upkeep here to keep it gorgeous and serene. The price nightly couldn’t be better either so this will definitely be my go to stay when I come out to Louisville! It’s about 30 minutes from most things so it was just the perfect “outside the city” stay❤️
