They are about 300 feet apart and not easily visible from each other. Property is fully fenced; both sites are next to an open field under the oaks with vineyard, olive orchard and mountain views. This property is 30 miles from Paso Robles and almost perfectly centered between Missions San Antonio and San Miguel. Lakes San Antonio and Nacimiento are close by. Coastal towns of Cayucos and Morro Bay are about an hour scenic drive, passing many wineries along the way. There is space for multiple RVs or additional tents sharing your party's RV restroom facilities. Site one will accommodate sixteen people and multiple vehicles. Site two will accommodate ten people and two vehicles. For larger groups we ask that that you book both sites. We have hosted many family reunions and the feedback has been 100% positive. Overlooking the majestic Paso Robles valley with vineyards with world class views, the spacious deck is the place to be for sunset.
The Tiny House:
A Fairy tale cottage style wooden tiny home built in the 1980's with a bottle wall, full bath, and reading nook. This three story wonder will leave you inspired to step into your own story. Fully equipped with a small kitchen, queen bed, reading nook and two beautiful outdoor decks, you'll feel like you stepped into another world.
The Main Bungalow is a 1970's GEM, built by a movie industry icon with views of the valley through the stunning and huge five windows overlooking the Salinas River. Two bedrooms downstairs and two full baths, accompany a well appointed kitchen. The upstairs loft accommodates two additional semi private queen beds, and additional seating area. Sunrises from the bedrooms are rivaled by few.

The property is at the end of the road. No traffic, no noise, only views of the surrounding area. If you are interested in night skies, the milky way is a constant. After winter rains, everything is green and wild flowers are abundant. Stay and enjoy the vistas or travel relatively short distances for hiking in the Los Padres forest, drive CA HWY 1, visit Paso Robles wineries, boat or fish at Lake San Antonio or Lake Nacimiento. Nearby Williams Hill BLM area for hunting, shooting or ATV riding. For hunters and fisherman, Ft Hunter Liggett is to the immediate west. Occasional weekend's be entertained by military training and occasional aircraft, helicopters and planes. It is so quiet that you can hear vehicles passing several miles away on Jolon Rd in the valley below. Visitors travel to Morro bay, Avila beach to the south or Big Sur and Monterey Bay to the north. Campsites are located down by the creek under an oak canopy, where the shade and flowing water help guests stay cool during the warmer months. Hammocks hang by the water so guests can rest, read, or listen to the soothing sounds, and our lavender eye pillows will help you truly unwind.

Can’t speak more highly of the site. The view was beautiful, and the space was immaculate. Besides a picnic table and chairs, the stung lights were a nice touch. I made the mistake of only booking 1 night instead of 2. After cleaning up my things for the campers that had reserved the site for that night I meet the host Jeffery. He was absolutely wonderful and understanding. He was so nice he invited us to stay another night on the other side of the property. It was not yet equipped with a fire pit but before I was finished stetting up our camp, he had brought us enough rocks to build one and help me do it. We could not have been luckier to find this spot and such a kind and friendly host. 10 out 10 stars.

We stayed here in a camper van in February for two nights, and it was such a lovely stay. The property feels so welcoming and eclectic, with easy to use amenities, a beautiful riverfront area, and just a short walk to the beach. We could hear the rush of the river each night. More folks seemed to be tent camping, but as it wasn't super busy, the host showed us a great private location for our campervan that we loved. The property itself is in an ideal location from other landmark spots on Big Sur; close to bigger beaches, hikes, and day spots. We will absolutely come back here!

we absolutely loved this campsite. we stayed at redwood cabin on the top of the hill. from the most low-key and private “glamping” we could have hoped for booking last minute- and couldn’t find anywhere else. you wake up to see the ocean, to hawks and a beautiful breeze. the fire pit and kitchen were everything we needed. the property is quaint and intentional.
we got in at night so the detailed instructions were much appreciated. brought our dog and she loved it. gene and his son umi were good company. we will be back!

Nice quiet spot, with 30 amp hookup, potable water, nice firepit. In view of neighboring houses but at good distance. No bathroom, you need your own camp toilet. I would stay here again.

This site is absolutely gorgeous, the trailer was super clean, and Stephan is a natural host who knows this area like the back of his hand.
Definitely plan your days so you get back to the property before dark- There is limited reception and you don't want to be driving up the wrong driveway. Also the sunset is gorgeous.

The camping site we picked was right by the river. I didn’t realize that you just show up and find a spot to camp, but luckily for us there was someone that let us know. We didn’t explore the camping grounds but we used the little trail to walk down to the beach and watch the sunset.
The camping site had a lot of overgrown grass/weeds but regardless it was a very pleasant stay. I would recommend and come back!

Really lovely! RE: the other reviews, yes some spots are tight and yes there is ambient noise, but silence and great hiking are just a five minute walk away. Beautiful views, the staff was very nice, and I think $60/night when you get a sauna, shower, and clean bathrooms is a good deal in this area.

About
Jade cove is rocky beach found hidden along the highway in the southern part of Big Sur. Historically known for it's big jade finds, all of the "get-rich-quick" rocks have long been plucked from amidst the boulders along the water's edge. A steep hike into the cove will reward you with an amazing vantage point for watching the waves crash into the tide pools. If you're lucky you can still find some deposit sof Monterey Jade which has a wide range of dazzling colors from deep greens, stunning shades of blue, and even bright white.
When to go
The ideal time to visit Jade Cove is during the spring and fall months, when the weather is mild and the natural beauty is at its peak. Summer brings larger crowds and warmer temperatures, which can be perfect for those looking to bask in the sun. Winter, however, can be less inviting with cooler conditions and rougher seas, potentially limiting some activities.
