Mountain Views on Private Property in the Heart of the Applegate Valley. Only minutes drive from restaurants, Canytrall Buckley Park with River Access, The Applegate Lake (Swimming, Paddleboarding), Hiking Trails, Wineries, a small supermarket and a famous paragliding spot.

Come park your camper van or trailer on my 7 acre property. I am an Interior Designer and have converted the former mule Barn into an Outdoor Summer Living Space with dining room, living room, kitchen and patio. Attached to  the barn are an outdoor shower with hot water as well as a toilet.

Al Fresco Dining, Showers in the Sunset and occasional outdoor movie nights are waiting for you here on the Hill in the beautiful Applegate Valley.

If you play the guitar, feel free to bring it along, we have had fun times with small gatherings in the evenings on the patio.

Please note: I live here and so you will see me around daily, usually I tend the gardens or you can find me around the barn. However, I will respect your privacy!

The dogs who live on the property are usually free roaming and they will for sure come visit you, they are all friendly. I am emphasizing this, because if you are scared of dogs, are not used to dogs or do not like dogs, my place (unfortunately) might not be the right spot for you :-(.

While I didn't end up making it to Caroline's property due to last minute changes on my end, Caroline was very responsive and helpful regardless of my indecision to stay at her property.

Caroline has created a magical space in an idyllic setting. Gorgeous sunset views over the mountains, games at the big farm table in the breezy “dining room,” an outdoor shower equipped with Caroline’s homemade soap, shampoo, and conditioner. And Caroline herself is a delight :-). The highlight of our trip … can’t wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Caroline’s place with beautiful sunset views and equally aesthetic decor of the common area. Unlike most portable toilet, the one here was super clean and did not smell bad at all. The kitchen too was fully equipped with a beautiful view of the mountains. Also the amenities here were very comparable to AirBnB. The GPS directions to this place are a bit off but if you follow Caroline’s instructions, which she is very prompt with inquiries, you will have no problem.
Last but not the least, Caroline and her dogs, Emma and Freeda are super sweet and make you feel at home the moment you reach. We really loved our time here and also the conversations with Caroline.
As a first time hipcamper we highly recommend this place. The experience has made us keen to explore more options on the website.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here. Caroline is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She has thought of lots of extra touches like the coffee and handmade herbal soaps. The space is absolutely enchanting! We especially loved the well equipped kitchen for cooking, eating and playing games at the large table, relaxing with the sunset views, and washing up under the stars in the sublime outdoor shower! Her dogs, Frieda and Emma, are adorable. The location is excellent for exploring the area, too. Highly recommend and hope to return someday.

Quiet place to stay outside of a crowded hotel and campground. There is a relaxing area to read and converse, as well as a food preparation area, which I didn't take advantage of. Appreciated the outdoor shower after hiking most of the days in the intense heat.
