Getaway vacation.

Bri's cabin was an amazing little getaway. My wife and I had an amazing stay. The facilities and amenities were very clean and inviting. The bar can be a bit loud but is expected considering it was Memorial weekend. We stayed Saturday thru Tuesday. Sunday thru Tuesday were very quiet and peaceful. Thank you to the host. There were a couple bears spotted in the area, to be expected because we are in nature, and they were sure to let us know. Zero issues with wildlife. It was chilly at night but with the provided heater and heated mattress pad we were plenty warm and super comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice!

The Tent Cabin was very comfortable, and there was a clean bathroom and shower to utilize around the clock. The free firewood was also an added, and very appreciated perk.

Not private but cute little cabin

Overall we had a good time visiting Crivitz for the first time. Our family went hiking, went walking downtown, and grilled out at the campground/site. Overall it was a good weekend getaway besides the loud noise and people driving at an and walking around near our cabin (cabin walls are thin/fabric can see your figures from outside and people can hear every conversation you have, not so private). Anyways, we had a hard time getting enough sleep due to people being loud after 11pm (bars hours) and not to mention cars and atvs were roaming around and from the road every other hour. Second night was the worst due us getting woken up by people walking and having conversations by the side of our cabin. The photos in the website were deceiving cause it didn’t look like the original pictures in the website. Overall besides that the staff of the bar and our next door renters next to us were very nice and friendly, checking in was easy, parking was perfect couldn’t be happier and it was close to all the main points and attraction nearby. Thank you for having us.

Overall we had a very good experience but we had one morning at 730 am and the owner or someone was putting up a canopy tent for an event that was happening in two days. Very disrespectful. Not as private as I would have hoped.

Bri was so kind and welcoming; she went out of her way to make our family more comfortable. The tent was great-it was very warm when we were camping and the fan provided not only cooled down the tent but also ensured that we slept great, as the ATV/ UTV trails are very close.

Very nice northwoods getaway

Very nice cabin close to wonderful hiking trails. Comfortable bed w heated mattress pad. Brand new bathroom facilities however the shower water was only cool not hot. Can be very loud during times as other campers are there with their RV’s especially around bar closing. If you love to atv this is the place for you.

Great people, site, and atmosphere!

We had an absolute BLAST while we were there! Just took a quick girls trip and had a wonderful time! The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. We made some friends with the “regulars” and had an all around great stay. Food at the bar was delicious and very reasonably priced. Bathrooms were extremely clean and well kept. 10/10 would recommend and will for sure be going back again!

Beautiful Fall Birthday Weekend!

I planned this up north getaway for my boyfriend and I for his 27th Birthday! We loved the cabin!! It was so cute, very clean, and aesthetic. It was warm enough at night with the heater and everything we needed (fire wood, picnic table, chairs, a mini fridge, even cards) were there. The bathrooms exceeded our expectations and were SO nice for being up north camping. If you want to be more excluded, I wouldn’t book here because it is close to the bar/atv trail with a lot of people passing and gathering close by. It didn’t bother us! It was super nice being by so many nice parks and trails. My only suggestion is maybe being greeted by one of the owners/workers, it felt a bit awkward staying there with the owner being close by but not being acknowledged that we were there. But that’s me being picky! 10/10 we will come again and bring friends!

Very clean, beautifully decorated, super cozy! Fire pit steps from the tent cabin, and firewood is free! Fan available for warmer weather, heater for cooler weather. Close to restrooms and shower. Fish fry is delicious, highly recommended! Outside bar area is very nice. Would love to stay again, very friendly staff.

Over all we really enjoyed our experience. The tent was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. They camp site/bar and grill had new bathrooms and the shower was nice as well. The only down side was the proximity to the Wheel Inn Bar. The cabins are located directly behind it. It was a holiday weekend so the bar was extremely busy. There were people outside partying, screaming, and revving their engines till 2am bar close. The music from the bar was also extremely loud. We didn’t get much sleep the first night due to the partying. Luckily the gas station up the street had ear plugs. Again, it was a holiday weekend so maybe our experience was out of the usual but over all it was a cool experience.

Loved the tent cabin!

The tent cabin was perfect, zero complaints. It was adorable and the bed was comfy. It cooled off at night and the heaters were more than enough to keep thing’s comfortable. Both the inside and outside bar were great. The owner, staff, food, etc. were great. The only complaint I had from this stay was how loud it got at night. The UTV/ATVs and yelling went on until at least bar close, both nights. It may have been due to the holiday weekend but it was pretty impossible to sleep until everyone left the bar. I do intend to return and hope it isn’t as loud next time. If it is, unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

We had an incredible time staying at Bri’s Hideaway! The food and drinks at The Wheel Inn were great and the staff was extremely kind and helpful during our stay. It got into the 30s at night, but our sleeping bag plus the provided heater made it feel nice and cozy inside. So glad that we got to celebrate our One Year Wedding Anniversary here. Looking forward to making another trip back in the future.

Besties weekend!

Bri’s Hideaway was a great weekend getaway. Conveniently tucked behind the cutest little bar/restaurant. Ken, one of the bartenders at the Wheel Inn is extremely kind and hospitable. It is within minutes of the beautiful Veterans Falls County Park, and within close driving distance to other gorgeous falls/hikes. Very clean, cute decor. The hosts are very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

My husband, pups and I had the best time camping here. The cabin was so cute. Some things have changed since the photos that were taken on this site. There is no longer a sink in the cabins and the bathroom is no longer between the cabins. The property now has a giant bathroom built on the property across from the cabins with flushing toilets and a shower. All were very nice and open 24/7! Our trip was a bit rainy so we couldn’t enjoy camping to its fullest but we were able to get one fire in to have some s’mores. The wood was provided by the owners but it did take a bit of digging to find dry stuff since the wood isn’t covered in anyway. I know some previous reviews mentioned that they have some basic utensils, but i would recommend you bring your own stuff because there really isn’t much. I would also recommend bringing along a single burner in the case of rain! The days we were there the bar was closed so we were happy to have the backup burner to make some food. Speaking of the bar, like other people mentioned, it’s not far from the cabins at all. Thankfully we went when the bar wasn’t busy or was closed so we didn’t have many issues but I could definitely see where things might get loud on a busy weekend evening. The first night we were there, guests would frequently go on the back patio to smoke and watch us. We had one person that came to pet our dogs and then wouldn’t leave us alone hahah. But we went here knowing that was possible so just adjust your expectations!

Glamping, festival-style

This platform tent experience erased my memories of a bad one when I was a kid. It kept out the rain during a thunderstorm! Also: comfy bed, refrigerator, and a nice bathroom nearby. On the weekend evenings, there was some festive noise coming from the Wheel Inn, but that didn’t keep me from sleeping well, and the mornings were quiet. Great cricket noise.

We had a fun, relaxing visit during Labor Day weekend: this was our base camp to explore Northeast Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Arriving at Wheel Inn on Thursday, we bellied up to the bar and asked Diane if we could check in; she directed us to the manager Yvonne who quickly and kindly explained the layout, the policies, and the amenities, while deftly pouring drinks for guests. The place was clean, cozy, and airy. The fridge had space for beverages and snacks. There were enough power outlets to recharge our phones, but we averaged one bar of LTE, so this was an Internet-free vacation. The battery-powered light switch and accent lights were dead, but the smoke detector had working batteries, so I appreciate the prioritization. During our stay, temps plunged into the low 40s: the space heater kept the room in the mid-50s, which was perfect for sleeping bags, which we were told to bring. Labor Day music: a deejay and a polka band, but the highlight was the cover band Otis Spicoli, playing gems like Icona Pop and a Journey/Metallica mashup. We cooked most of our meals on the picnic table provided. We did eat in the restaurant one night: I had a delicious cheeseburger, fries, and a beer. The wait staff took good care of us. Eventually we stopped hearing the drone of the ATVs prowling, and relaxed by reading books and playing board games between road trips. Next time we visit, I’ll rent an ATV, and make sure I remember the meat raffle at 3 on Saturday!

Enjoyed our stay, it was relaxing. The cabins are well furnished, with fan and heater as needed. It is not necessarily secluded, it is in the backyard of the bar. However, on nights other than Friday and Saturday, I imagine it is very quiet all the same. There are outlets both outside and inside the cabin, which is very convenient. We had a fridge in our cabin (Adam’s Getaway). There is a volleyball court and corn hole in the yard, so very fun if you’re travelling with a group of friends. We didn’t get to explore too much, but there are hiking trails nearby and two lakes (Thunder and Eagle). The campsite is next to an ATV trail. If you have an ATV, you should bring it, because it looked really fun, and there are tons of ATV trails in that area. There is a little bathroom/shower cabin between the two main cabins, but there is also a bathroom with a shower by the bar area. The bathroom looked new and clean. Lots of firewood behind the cabins. Also, the stars were absolutely amazing.
