Aliya Preserve—WA Coast Eco-Retreat

We stayed here as a family of five (three kids) plus our dog, and it was exactly the off-grid reset we were looking for. The view was stunning, and the sound of the lapping waves added so much to the sense of calm. What stood out most was the serenity: even with three kids running around, the site stayed quiet and peaceful. The property was clearly well cared for. Trails, facilities, and grounds were all in great shape, which you notice right away and appreciate even more by day three. It's a wonderful spot to actually unplug and get away from it all without sacrificing comfort. We'd happily come back and would recommend it to any family looking for a quiet, well-maintained escape with a view worth waking up to.

Site 5 (Short Walk-In Tent Site)

Beautiful property, simple well cared for amenities for the drive in campers. Toilets, outdoor showers, sinks. Sites 1-4 are long gravel driveways with pic nic table, fire ring, chairs at the end on a bluff that overlooks the ocean. Sunset galore! Lots of trees and growth between sites, private. Short stroll down to the rocky tree drift beach, very sacred and moody beauty. Short drive to Kalaloch and national ranger station. I wished we could have stayed longer.

Amazing campground and campsite! Site 5 was tucked away to the side of the common beach path so you might see some other campers pass by. In my three nights there, not many people stayed on the beach until sunset or past dark so it felt like my site had private access to the lowlands and beaches at some point. I’d highly recommend setting up a lounge chair and bring some jackets, blankets, and sunglasses to watch the sunset right on the beach with the water right at your feet.

A Peaceful Hidden Gem.

We had an amazing experience camping at Aliya Preserve, and this is by far one of the best campsites we’ve visited. The campsites feel much more private than many other campgrounds, which made our stay peaceful and relaxing. The natural surroundings are beautiful, and the beach view is absolutely breathtaking. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was incredibly calming, and it made the entire experience unforgettable. The only area that could use some improvement is the shower and restroom facilities. A little more attention to floor cleaning would make them even more enjoyable to use. We also noticed that the water had a slightly unusual smell, and we’re not sure what caused it, but it might be worth looking into. Overall, these were only minor issues compared to what the preserve has to offer. The scenery, privacy, and peaceful atmosphere more than made up for them. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to camp, we’ll definitely be visiting again!

Absolutely stunning and private cam

Oh, this one is special. The Aliya preserve is breathtaking. The sites are all very private, save for the PeaceVans set up, but it seemed to be intentionally set up to be community based. We ended up in site 4 instead of site 2 and it was so private and had a beautiful view. The grounds are kept up so nicely and the outdoor shower had the best view of the ocean and hot water! The meditation area is so calming and has lush moss to go barefoot on. The walk to the water was shortest from site 4 and 5. The walk is less than 10 minutes, beautiful, peaceful, and the beach is great. Nobody for the few miles we walked. As a warning, (not a deterrent! All creatures call this area home and we are only visiting), be sure to pack your food and things things away at night in bins, as with all camping. A mouse entered our camper bus (maybe through the engine?) and enjoyed exploring our amenities. Seal up your car and tents well to avoid any additional campers joining you :) Overall an absolutely beautiful stay, and we would absolutely come back.

Magical and Majestic.

I would rate this camp as an 11 out of 10!! My wife called it the “Enchanted Evergreen Forrest”. We stayed at site 3. The view over the ocean was absolutely majestic, all through the night we heard the waves crashing, and the frogs singing to one another, it was so peaceful. The foliage around the camp site created an impenetrable wall that gave us complete privacy, if we hadn’t seen other vehicles when we pulled in we would of thought we were the only ones there. In the morning we took a walk on a beautiful beach with amazing driftwood and rocks. During the walk a squirrel came up and chatted at us, a bald eagle flew by and landed in its nest then watched is from the top of the tree. We finished off the morning by using the outdoor shower with HOT water. Truly one of the best campsites I’ve stayed at! The Host must put a lot of effort into keeping the place so well kept, tranquil and serene. Their communication and instructions were spot on and their requests to respect the eco system was polite and sincere “Sacred Lowlands” is a truly fitting name.

Wow. Wow wow wow. We absolutely loved this site. The view of the Pacific is incredible and the path down to the ocean is so tranquil. We could tell the camp had been created with a lot of intention and care.

4th of July Weekend!

We chose to spend 4th of July weekend and our anniversary here & we are so happy we did! It was absolutely beautiful and we loved hearing the ocean at night. The sites are separated by tall bushes and tress, so there is privacy. Such a nice stay!

Absolutely gorgeous land! The area between the campground and ocean felt especially magical. Our campsite (1) was very private and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The bathrooms were a short walk and clean. It was really nice having hot water for washing dishes and filtered water for drinking.

So this is coming from someone who usually disperse camps but decided to reserve a spot since we have a baby… This is a beautiful spot if the weather is nice. If it’s not (like it often is not in this area) I would not recommend for the crazy price tag. Paying over $400 for 2 nights is insane.. and I don’t understand a pet fee for camping.

Now THIS is how to camp!

Such a beautiful and serene place! What really stood out to me was just how much care the owners put into every little detail. I loved the decorations and signs, the clean good-smelling toilets, the potable water and wash stations with motion-sensor lights, sharable scrubbers, soap, and pans, showers with warm water, wagons for hauling firewood bundles, and even a bug wash squeegee at the entrance for your car! The pathway down to the beach was magical. I was at Site 3, and had an amazing view of the ocean waves. It was also centrally located, so very easy to walk to everything. Even though there were other campers, each site is very secluded and separate enough that I didn't hear anyone and it felt like I was alone. And everyone I briefly met was very friendly and respectful. I'm almost hesitant to share this place with others for fear it will become impossible to reserve in the future! THIS is the best camping spot I've ever been to and will absolutely return!! Thanks! :)

I just got back from a trip and stayed for 2 nights tent camping at Site 2. I loved the experience, it was private and peaceful. Having access to an area of coast that's quiet during these busy times in the summer was especially important to me and Aliya Preserve provided that. Amenities were all very well maintained and I hope to visit again soon.

The setting is fabulous, very private camping site, and there was no one on the beach. The bathroom/WC left a lot to be desired, really just upgraded chemical toilets, and very smelly at the time. The WC’s were clean but really could use more frequent pump outs. The kitchen is limited to a counter, dish washing area with soap and cold water, and a power cord. The grounds are very well maintained, and garbage disposal on site, though no recycling.

Just got back from an amazing camping trip and I'm still buzzing! 🌊 The ocean breeze was so refreshing, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was pure bliss. Seriously, this spot was incredibly private, which made it feel like our own little paradise. Plus, having all the amenities made things so comfortable and easy. It's definitely the best hipcamp campsite I've experienced yet! I can't wait to go back!

I stayed at site 1 for two nights. This place was such a treat to stay at. The site had a beautiful view of the ocean. The property itself is really nice. All the campsites appear quite private. The bathrooms are really nice and even light up. It rained both days I was there but it was still such a peaceful time listening to the rain and the ocean. I tried the private outdoor shower and that was great, had some nice hot water. The meditation area was lovely and had a nice bench with a view of the ocean. If I wasn't on a road trip I would have extended my stay. I highly recommend Adam and Sara's campsites and would love to come back.
