House Rules: Please don’t teach the goats any more bad habits. They’re already convinced they are the camp managers. PROPERTY INFO Escape to a peaceful off-grid retreat on 11 wooded acres in Pacific County, just minutes from Highway 101 near Raymond, Washington. With only two private campsites, and a handful of goats, you’ll enjoy plenty of space, privacy. Goats available to meet and greet as well as give private tours or follow you around the woods. Our property is mostly wild forest, offering a true back-to-nature experience surrounded by towering evergreens, birdsong, and abundant wildlife. Deer, elk, eagles, owls, and other native species are frequent visitors. A small, shallow creek meanders through the property, adding to the peaceful setting. AREA INFO; Our location makes a great basecamp for exploring Southwest Washington. We’re about 30 minutes from the Pacific Ocean. Willapa Bay, known for its calm waters, birdwatching, kayaking, and world-renowned shellfish. Nearby South Bend proudly calls itself the Oyster Capital of the World, famous for its exceptional Willapa Bay oysters and fresh local seafood. Nature lovers will appreciate being close to the Willapa National Wildlife Refuge, where thousands of migratory birds, elk, and other wildlife make their home throughout the year. Whether you’re looking for hiking, fishing, kayaking, wildlife viewing, or simply a quiet place to unplug beneath a canopy of stars, our little forest retreat is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. 1.7 miles off HWY 101. 3.3 miles (7minutes) from the small town of Raymond Wa. The Willapa Hills Trail courses through Raymond, incorporating the Raymond Wildlife-Heritage Sculpture Corridor, a collection of steel sculptures. The town is peppered with over 200 such artworks. The Northwest Carriage Museum contains a collection of historic carriages, buggies, and sleighs, including a Shelburne landau that was used in Gone with the Wind and Jezebel. The Seaport Museum provides exhibits and artifacts of Raymond's maritime and logging history.

(Host has camped and used tent for storing camp items while sleeping on a cot under awning.) Use our tent AND bring your own for more sleeping space. Dry camp, no hook ups. Shared outdoor shower on site. Shared porta potty. Fire pit area when fire season allows per county. Potable water is 3 gallon prefilled water with dispenser, in community area. Generator available on request with fuel fee. **please note; property can get very muddy when it’s raining. Limited cell service in Pacific County. Owls and such can be loud at night. Goats are vocal, and would love to take a walk with you if you arrange it with host. Beware of electric fencing please. Respect resident dogs who will be protective of the livestock by not approaching their fence line without host present.

17ft RV, generator available as add on for power (or bring fuel for generator) Dry camp, no hook ups but potable water onsite. Shared outdoor shower on site. Shared, porta potty. Fire pit area when fire season allows per county. Potable water, 3 gallon bottles with dispenser. Generator available on request as an add on when booking. Stove in RV for cooking with 1 propane tank provided. RV has 1 full bed and table area folds down to a little larger than twin size sleep area. **please note; property can get very muddy when it’s raining. Limited cell service in Pacific County..
