There is a wonderful healing peacefulness here ❤️! Aimee is a wonderful woman and she runs a beautiful wellness center here with a stunning garden.
This is right on a highway so there's traffic noise but for me (uncharacteristically) it didn't bother me outside and inside with the air conditioner on I only heard it occasionally.
All in all I would definitely recommend staying!

If you are visiting Bath County to experience the local hot springs, Sunnyside RV’s, Rigs & Van Lifers is the absolute perfect base camp. The outdoor space is beautifully maintained, complete with gorgeous flowers and a welcoming picnic area that makes it easy to relax and enjoy the scenery. Aimee is an incredibly warm and attentive host; she greeted us with great tips for a local watering hole and even treated us to delicious complimentary ice cream from a nearby creamery.
The property itself has a fantastic, creative vibe featuring multiple vintage Airstreams—one operating as an onsite restaurant and another dedicated to traveling musicians (which was generously offered to us for shower access). We did have a hilarious start to our trip when we accidentally navigated to Aimee's husband's private residence instead of the campsite, but he was incredibly good-natured, gave us directions, and turned a wrong turn into a great laugh. Between the reliable electric and water hookups, the unique amenities, and the unmatched hospitality, we would absolutely stay here again!
Lovely spot to pitch a tent! We arrived late but were warmly greeted by other guests and spent a great evening having our dinner in the dining area and chatting around the bonfire. And I was not prepared for those cookies, they were SO good. Very convenient to Goshen, we’ll definitely stop by again.

It was an amazing camping experience! Aimee not only offers a camping site but she offers such a warm atmosphere! The Little Cheerful Sunnyside is unique in manny aspects and very relaxing! Will certainly return without hesitation!

Perfect spot to camp with our van while visiting Goshen for the 611 Virginia Scenic Railway. Aimee was pleasant and responsive. Both a gravel parking area and a nice grassy area. The area was very quiet, and there was almost no traffic on the road at night.
