Quiet East Texas Piney Woods covered carport for RV or tent campers. Dedicated water and electric! Perfect for a stayover on a long I-20 road trip or just to visit one of the many nearby lakes. In Longview, just outside of city limits. Easy access from I-20, all paved roads, takes only a few minutes to get into town. Shady places to park, easy pull-through access at the site. Space is at the front of our private residential property in a quiet neighborhood with large lots. Your space will be on the front of the property, which is wooded and shaded. There is a circular paved driveway where it is easy to park an RV, and you can pull in or out in either direction. Carport is 20' wide x 26' long x 12' high and there is a longer area of level driveway without a carport if you prefer. Our home is up the asphalt driveway. Your view of the road, the main residence, and others will be partially, but not completely, obscured by the woods. Carport has 30 and 50 amp plugs, four 110V plugs, and a water faucet. There are no toileting or garbage facilities; you will need your own waste/sewage/garbage containment system and must empty it off-site. All pets must be leashed. No loud noise. No drugs or illegal activity. Simple gorgeous setting where you might just see a deer or two, but watch out for copperheads and other wildlife. We are not responsible for accidents or damage. No other campers, but neighbors are nearby, so quiet, respectful camping and staying within the space is important.
