What a hidden gem, my husband and I love to go car camping with our boys and we came across this spot on a random Thursday night and decided why not? Booked for the next day both Lili and Mike were personable and prompt with communications even allowed for us to arrive early to check in. The space is nothing short of amazing it is stunning, secluded by the forest around, but has a large open field, perfect for star gazing( we saw 6 shooting stars) no light pollution at all. There is an on site toilet located just a little bit into the woods in a small cabin. Hammock was set up and Mike helped guide us to our spot where it was already stocked with the firewood we had also purchased along with our booking. Apparently we were the last campers of the season! But look forward to being back. Plenty of trees to set up hammocks, large fire pit, and many trails that lead out from the cleared field. Most if not all are loops that will lead you back to the campsite. Would be suitable for any group /family/ solo/ small trip. The space was huge and even with it just being the two of us and our dogs the space gave us ample space for our dogs to run free and play! Couldn’t recommend a better spot! Bonus they sell eggs too, made breakfast the next morning easier without having to transport eggs on the way down! Thanks again Mike and Lili! 🤎
