Large secluded property with one of a kind southern views serving breathtaking sunsets, with a mix of old growth forests, open fields, younger trees, and extensive walking/biking trails. All sites are currently off grid, but have decent cell service and Wi-Fi available if needed near residence and lookout point. Indoor kids play area and small gym setup near residence as well (kids 5 and under are not counted towards each sites maximum occupancy). Currently only have a Porta-Potty for bathroom facilities, but are in the process of getting a better situation setup. Firewood is also available for purchase, water from hose available at residence. Actively creating more spots, so check back in for updates. Ask about renting entire property for weddings and special events as well. Property tour video in website spot.

Jacob's hipcamp was great! The spots were beautiful and felt private and he was very quick to respond to questions and requests. Highly recommend this camping spot!

My family and I enjoyed being at this beautiful quiet campsite. The #2 spot where we were is in a spacious and open area with plenty of room to relax. Our 21 ft travel trailer had no issues getting to the site. It’s a short travel distance off the main road. Walking trails are a nice touch a long with the short walk to the communal fire pit which had an amazing view. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic host and a great secluded spot within the camp area. Short trails around the camp and to the house entertained the kids and dog (+lots of berries!). Views from the house and the kids play area were great bonuses and provided tons of energy burning opportunity. Would definitely go back!

What a great spot! Beautiful field, lovely fir forest, and Jacob couldn't have been nicer. The happiest camper of the weekend was our dog who loved exploring the trails and trees. The view really was splendid, though note that the firepit with the view is a very short but pleasant walk from the tent sites (which also have their own firepits). The sites weren't marked, so we just found a firepit and camped near it. If there were others I'm sure Jacob would've helped out. Jacob is definitely in the process of setting the campground up. He is visibly putting in tons of work. It is already great and I'm sure only going to get better!

We had such an amazing time during our 3 days and 2 nights at Vista View Ranch! The campsite was more than I could have hoped for. It had plenty of firewood, lots of privacy, hiking trails, epic views of the night sky, a nice fire ring, and a close by porta potty. We saw deer and listened to the sounds of birds while sitting by the fire. The highlight of the trip meeting Jacob and talking with him while watching sunset over the vista. He is awesome and the views will take your breath away. I highly recommend checking out this property. You won’t be disappointed!
