We bought this Airstream in 2022 as an old shell. It was junky and a mess, and not much in it other than old scraps and junk. We renovated it in 2022 and 2023, and turned it into a cozy, midcentury modern style Glamper. We tried to plan for every comfort you could want or need, from wifi and a smart TV, to a cute bathroom, Keurig and an Air Fryer. We hope you love it as much as we do. Please note, it is tight quarters, especially for more than two people and large framed people. For this reason, we only allow two guests. We live on a busy street, but the backyard is peaceful and serene. The airstream is parked next to our creek, where waterfowl abound. Only one vehicle allowed.

Our family restaurant is a local favorite and offers fried, fresh-caught catfish. We are open for three meals most days. You can have a hot breakfast starting at 6:00 am and be on the water or in the woods at sunrise. We will even cook your catch!
If you don’t feel like hunting or fishing, Bells Marina has play spaces for the kids and relaxing spaces for adults. Join us for movie nights or just unwind at the community campfire. Golfing is just minutes away!

Your site backs up to the Edisto Beach State Park where there are miles of amazing hiking and biking trails running through the maritime forest, and while on the trails you can visit the State Park's Environmental Learning Center to take part in their incredible interactive exhibits and learn about the natural history of the island and it's sea life. You will definitely want to spend time exploring or just relaxing on the beautiful beaches teaming with seashells. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Located on private property tucked away off Hwy 78 East. 20 minutes from Charleston International Airport and 7 minutes from downtown Summerville. It has a queen-sized bed, and the dining table converts to a full-sized bed. You'll have access to a comfortable firepit and seating area and a barbecue grill if you want to grill out.

Located 30 minutes from downtown Charleston, near Kiawah and Johns Island, Bee Haven is 3 Wadmalaw acres. An adorable tiny camper sleeps one person (no pets) with parking right there.
A shoeless interior, step inside and awe at the cuteness featuring shiplap, ac/giant tv and pullout chair/bed. As this is a work in progress, the toilet is an approved contracted porta potty and an outdoor shower. Running water is available in the sink inside the camper.
The owner lives on site, along with 4 goats, chickens, ducks, and lots of bees. We are quiet, mindful, and nature-oriented, and appreciate the same.
Wadmalaw is home to American Classic Tea Gardens, Deepwater Vinyards, Cherry Point with summer fresh shrimp off the boat, Kiawah and Seabrook 12 miles away and downtown Charleston 20-40 minutes.

This was our first stay in a full RV and it was great! Nice to have a full bathroom and kitchen, and Ron included everything we would need, including paper products and soap! He’s a friendly and respectful host and even tolerated our dog’s stranger danger.
The property feels hidden away and is no more than five minutes from anything you might need during your visit. The state parks pass was a great bonus!
This was our seventh visit to Edisto and I hope to use this spot as our home base during future trips! Thank you for a great place to stay!

Stay at Ron's camper for the 3rd time and will stay again next month. This is a sweet, private spot on the island clise to everything. Kid's rode their bikes to the state park and education center. I feel safe here. If you're not used to camper living it may not be for you. We used to pull a camper to the state park campground and loved it. Now I get to show up and Ron has the place all set up for us. We love it.

This place was fantastic! It was super easy to get to, the property was beautiful, and the camper was perfect and spotless. We stay here every year...it never disappoints! Ron is a thoughtful and kind host...the property is well maintained, beautifully decorated,and is stocked with everything you need to have an excellent experience! Ron has added a new covered swing, which we loved and replaced several items to ensure proper working order (new grill and outdoor table/chairs). I chose this site the first year because it's pet friendly...we have returned each subsequent year because we absolutely love this place and feel so comfortable here with our Siberian Huskies!

Weekend Trip to The Black River Xscape
My husband and I have stayed at many Hipcamp places and air b n b’s and this was by far, our favorite!! The spot is very private, river front, big yard with a grill and smoker, tables, lounge chairs! Fully fenced and very secure! If you want to bring a pet it’s great! ! A deck that is right off the river! The view from the bedroom is the river! The cat fishing was amazing! They were bitting! You can fish off the deck!! The view of the river is beautiful! The rv is huge, nicely decorated, and sleeps a lot! It’s super nice! It has two cute lofts for kids!! It was stocked with all the amenities!! Monee the host was the best host! She answers right away, gives detailed instructions! She is super sweet! It was also thirty mins from Pawley’s island beach!! Beautiful beach! Myrtle beach and Charleston are about an hour away! So much to do at this location!! We plan to stay here longer, very soon!!

Ron was an excellent host, greeting us at the campsite when we arrived! He even had firewood chopped up and everything. Ron helped us find an easy bike rental so we could explore the island on bike. Botany Bay is a close car ride away and beautiful at sunrise, as is sunset at the pier on state park land. Everything we were looking for in a summer camping trip: seclusion, great fire pit, and a necessity for June/July in SC: air conditioning. Such a good time! Thanks Ron!
