Welcome to our farm! Established in 2022, Rolling Hills Farm and Stables offers the convenience of being close to stores, restaurants and major interstates while still having the feel of country living. Currently 40 of our 50 acres is farmed, but you are welcome to take walks and enjoy the scenery. We currently offer two 30 amp RV hookups, one at our horse barn and one at our riding arena. Enjoy a fire in our fire ring in the meadow (firewood ready and available upon request) or watch the sun set from our porch swing on a 100+ year old beech tree. Another large beech tree has a tire swing for the kids. Hang with our 4 free range hens Faith, Martina, Patsy and Shania, and our very friendly barn cats Lucky and Chance. Please note that our driveway turn in can accommodate up to a 35ft trailer. Dogs welcome but must be on a leash. Water is NOT available from December-April. We had a great experience at this spot for an overnight stay. Johanna, our host, was incredibly kind and communicated everything quickly and clearly. She even greeted us with delicious chocolate chip cookies! We stayed in the barn spot while my in-laws stayed in the arena area. We had dinner down by the arena—it was peaceful and quiet, a perfect way to wind down. The location was ideal for a short stop, and the hospitality was top-notch. Would absolutely recommend for an overnight. Johanna was an amazing hostess!

Bryn and Johnna were very gracious hosts. There was great communication throughout the booking process and leading up to my arrival. I was greeted promptly and made to feel very welcome on my arrival. The facilities were as described, all very neat, clean and reliable. I would definitely recommend a stay and look forward to returning some day.

We had a great stay. We arrived late in the evening and Bryn met us at the gate and showed us to our RV site. The farm is beautiful with well kept spaces and convenient hookups. Very quiet and peaceful overnight and in the morning. Fresh baked cookies from the hosts were delicious!

We spent 3 nights in a travel trailer at Johnna's place. Johnna and Bryn and their children were great hosts. Water, trash and 30 amp electric were readily available. The floodlights from the arena building were an added bonus in the evening. Will definitely return. Highly recommend.

We loved this stay. Beautiful property. Safe, quiet, peaceful meadow. Friendly responsive host. The parking area was covered with short grass over sturdy gravel for our 30 foot Class C RV. Highly recommend.
