Inquire within!* Drop your stuff and head to the beach! Lounge in the shared spaces! Sweet communal kitchen and outdoor shower to make yourself at home! Wonderful location that is close to everything but secluded enough to enjoy nature! In just 20 minutes, you can be relaxing on the white sandy beaches of Wrightsville, Topsail, or Carolina Beach. In town, you'll also find a plethora of local and chain restaurants, bars, breweries, and clubs including axe throwing at “Axes n allies”. And for the kiddos, you'll find water parks, trampoline parks, arcades, go-cart racing, batting cages, lazer tag, and more! Also nearby are LOTS of new farmers markets! Soak in the sunshine; in one of our many hammock spots or the comfy lawn furniture. Feel free to enjoy the whole property on foot and roll around in the grass if you feel like it! We have a multitude of native species to observe including edible herbs, pecans, and mulberries, Native wildflowers and pollinators, old growth trees, mushrooms and more. Our property maintains a country feel, while still located just a (5 min.) bike ride or (2 min.) drive from: Gas, Food Lion, McDonald’s, Hardee’s, Wendy’s, Subway, Jade Garden, and (2) Mexican Restaurants. Other amenities located right nearby include Advanced Auto, Rocky Point Hardware Store, Tractor Supply, R.P Nail Salon, Veterinary Office, Gym, a small Farmers Market, and a truck stop. Just a 15 minute drive to the Historic town of Burgaw, North Carolina. Home of the annual Blueberry festival, which garners over 20,000 festival-goers each and every June. There, you’ll find a variety of unique antique shops, coffee, clothing, and food shoppes. As well as many historic homes, walking and bike trails, and an old train depot. Prefer the river? Shared indoor kitchen/toilet/ indoor common space with marked by “OPEN” Park between two historic Rocky Point Boarding Homes and feel the energy of past travelers coming and going. The now closed section of the Atlantic Coastline Railway had a stop just 100yds away; both homes circa 1901 boarded workers in the early tree farming and agricultural development of our cape fear region. Count the tree rings of various siding boards at your campsite to see how old this heart pine forest was! Park with the Elegant Colonial architecture framing your campsite! Right by your parking spot, you will have personal access to power and clean, drinkable water. This site is located closest to a shared space that includes the outdoor shower and the steamer. You'll also be parking right nearby the communal back porch, where you can take advantage of the grill, lounge furniture, and beautiful view of our property. Feel free to swing on the swings, lay in the hammocks, rock in the chairs, and sit under any ol' tree you wish as you enjoy the outdoor common-spaces of the entire property. Park beside the house behind the Volkswagen Bus🌻🌸 the water and power is there🤙🏽

With a very homey feel, this room is a step back in time with original plaster walls, 10 and a half foot ceilings make the 250sqft room feel even larger and roomy. A great place to stop and rest from traveling or kick it for a week or so. You have 2 large windows for natural light, a ceiling fan, a/c and heat via your own personal mini split unit with remote, you also have a tv 📺 with Roku access. Lay in the hammock and watch the world go by, or take advantage of our central location and see all that our area has to offer. Please note: We are a small family with a 1 year old human baby. She is very friendly and almost never bites unless triggered or provoked.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The hosts are very welcoming. In fact if ya treat them well, you’ll be treated better in return. I was made welcome to use a kitchen, the laundry, a bathroom and shower, front/back porches, a TV, wifi, hammocks, bicycles, and more. It was more a home than an inn. The hosts had lots of good recommendations for food and travel locations. They had a newborn baby at the time I was there but I never heard it cry and when I did, they were considerate to close the door. There were even more acts of hospitality they made that I appreciate very much but to list them here could draw expectations that I don’t want to place on them. The space is very clean and tidy, and close to the interstate for good access to nearby towns. I would highly recommend this place and people to anybody, as the hosts are extremely inclusive, yet respectful of privacy.

My wife and I drove all up and down the road and couldn't find it. There was no service whatsoever so we couldn't get in touch with the guy. We ended up just staying at a Motel 6.

Great little place to stay- quiet, secluded, and easy to find! For camping and our camper it was perfect. We purchased the hook-ups and had electricity throughout our stay which was nice. We’ve actually already booked our next stay here because we enjoyed it so much. Looking forward to returning very frequently!!
