Live Oaks Farm is a mini farm full of beautiful 200 year old live oak trees, willow trees, azaleas, other plants, and a pond. We are a great oasis right off of Topsail Island that gets coastal breezes and plenty of sunshine. We are a farm with chickens, guineas, dwarf Nigerian goats, and ducks. We are also a flower farm with a seasonal pumpkin patch and Christmas trees. You will usually see Patrick working around the property or in the wood workshop building furniture. His beautiful wife Brittany and their gorgeous kids Maddox and Everlee enjoying the outdoors as well.

The Live Oaks Grove Site is a large area in front of our home, shaded by a grove of huge 200 year old live oak trees. There is plenty of flexibility to allow you to position your RV or tent in almost any direction. The site offers 30 amp electric and water and is close to our portajohn. This is the perfect location on hot summer days to beat the heat! The site is located directly in front of our home and near the main road with a little less privacy, but the shade is a game changer!

The Pond Site is located behind our pond, near weeping willow trees and further into our property. It offers a few shade trees with coastal breezes and plenty of open sky for star gazing. The site has 30 amp electric , water, and a fire pit. A portajohn is just a short walk away.

We can offer multiple areas for you to set up a tent or camp with your self contained vehicle. We have a private area under the live oak trees or a large field behind our Pond Site. Depending on the chosen location, we may be able to offer 110 power and water to your camp site. We offer an onsite port-o-john (cleaned daily)

Our visit to Holly Ridge was to see family that lived nearby. Patrick was very accommodating for all our needs. Our campsite was very quiet and set right beside a pond. A very large pick your own flower garden behind us. One of the best places we have stayed. Very enjoyable!

We had a beautiful, spacious site for our camper under a live oak tree. Easily accessible to Topsail Beach and Wilmington. We used water and electricity- easily available. The new bathroom onsite was handy and well appointed. Patrick was very responsive in his communication. We enjoyed the fresh eggs!
