This little 8 acres of quiet and peaceful land is the perfect place to kick back and relax. Whether you're here to kayak on the Youghiogheny River (put-in right around the corner), hike at the many state parks (Sang Run Sate Park 5 min away), or just getting away from it all - Apple Blossom Camp is the perfect place. Come see us! Apple Blossom Campsite is on 8 acres of quiet and private land with stunning views. Each camp site offers a picnic table, fire ring with grill.  There is a port-a-potty on site. Above the campsite, you'll find a beautiful area with lights in the trees, a picnic table, and propane grill. A great spot to hang out and enjoy nature! The campsite is located in a field surrounded by woods on either side of our property. It is a beautiful and serene area with an abundance of wildlife roaming through the property at any given time We are located just a couple of miles from both Deep Creek Lake and the Wisp Resort. Youghiogheny River put-in is less than 5 minutes away, along with Sang Run State Park and the historic Friend's Store There is an abundance of hiking, fishing, kayaking, boating, and more within minutes of the camp site. We had a wonderful stay! Claire was super responsive and helpful leading up to the trip and with her directions the site was easy to find and setup! The space is lovely with beautiful open views of the night sky available and enough trees for shady spots throughout the day. We’re already talking about going back again sometime!

I loved this site for camping! The tent platform area is leveled under a little bit of shade, with a beautiful field and woods surrounding. Specifically, the aim of this camping trip was to view a double meteor shower event. The expansive lawn space and the part of the site with clear cut phone lines through the trees made for great viewing! There were plenty of wild flowers, mushrooms, and lots of fog at that elevation. It has rained earlier in the first day and the ground was delightfully dewy. Glad I brought my sandals! Everything was tidy - picnic table, fire ring, porta pot - and it was clearly marked where to park. There was a space of picnic tables up the hill as well, which offered another neat space to spend time. Absolutely would be back again!

Great host. Very responsive and communicative. Great location near Mt State Brewing and the UY put-in. Port a potty extremely clean. Nice big field with a cool hang out area just above. Highly recommend.

Beautiful campsite! Claire really took care of the extra touches to make this a charming experience. We will definitely return. Great location to explore state parks. Very close to Deep Creek but far enough away to feel secluded.

Lovely quiet spot. Plenty of room. Very close to deep creek for food and Freindsville for rafting. Not many flat spots but all worked out. Cute touches, clean bathroom. We will be staying her whenever we are in the area.

We had a great time, and enjoyed the privacy. The only downside is the constant, unavoidable slope of the field making finding a level campsite for sleeping near impossible.

There are two types of views, bad and "WOW" Definitely a WOW view! For being brand new, this site has tremendous weekend get away and an all day view that speaks volumes. Will return, especially in the fall! W/R Carrie & Kirk

Beautiful area. We camped here the second week of October and the foliage was just starting turn bright colors. It was a bit rainy and chilly and Claire very graciously offered us some more wood for our fire.

Had an awesome stay - great amenities (fire pit, picnic table, port a potty and very close parking). Was a little hard to find at night but the directions from the host helped! Nice access to DCL area activities. Heard owls, foxes and lots of nice nature sounds at night. Highly recommend!

Private and beautiful! Clean portapot with lights strung by it. Fabulous fire pit with cooking grill. Abundant wildlife. Little to zero car noise. Claire was super helpful and has great firewood and fresh eggs available as well!
