Relaxing and peaceful

Had the best time at Mateo’s property! First, Mateo was super responsive, respectful and friendly to talk to. Hook ups were easy to access. The fire pit area was perfect for some evening fireside tea and conversation. It’s conveniently located a short drive to several charming towns including Blue Ridge. The property even has its own 1/2 mile trail, blazed and with signage 😆.

What a warm and welcoming camp to spend a few nights at. Thoughtfully maintained and incredibly accommodating, Mull Valley has definitely earned a spot on my ‘I’ll be back’ list. I enjoyed a cozy fire, explored the nearby trails, and found the perfect space to get some writing done. Worth every penny—and I can’t recommend it enough.

A Peaceful Woodland Retreat!!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Property at Mull Valley. It was the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience—tucked away in the woods, super quiet and private, but still just a short drive to downtown Blue Ridge. The surrounding trees and peaceful trails made it feel like our own personal forest, and we really appreciated the thoughtful amenities Mateo provided. Whether we were sipping coffee outside or exploring the nearby walking trails, everything about this stay felt relaxing and well cared for. We’ll definitely be back!

So quiet and serene!

Hands down the most peaceful camping spot we’ve found in 20+ years! Mull Valley was pure serenity—private trail, a sweet little creek, and total quiet. We left relaxed and recharged. Can’t wait to come back!

*We had full hookups to include water, electric and sewer.
*No problem backing the camper into the campsite from the road.

*We like to camp privately. After arriving we found that they have 6 "security" camera's on the property. There is 2 camera's on your campsite/driveway. We contacted the owner regarding the camera's and they said that they will add in the description that there are security camera's on the property. We wouldn't have stayed here if we knew that in advance. We actually looked for another campsite but nothing was available.
*Your camper awning will be useless after about noon. You face west and will not have sun protection.
*The firepit is about 150 feet away from your campsite and no lights to help get there. There is dirt around the firepit area, so it gets muddy. We didn't use it as it was so far away.
*The campsite is about 100 feet from the road. There is a lot of traffic on this road. The noise is overbearing at times.
*There's a house straight across from your campsite. They have a clear view of your campsite.

Perfectly located campsite.
40 ft fifth wheel
Very nice campsite with nice level gravel area. Lots of room for our pups to roam around. Quiet area but very close to Blue Ridge, Murphy, Blairsville and Hiawassee. There is a nice fire pit with chairs and a covered table for dining. The site also had good WiFi which was a plus because our tv did not pick up any stations.
I would highly recommend if you are in the area.

We had a perfect experience at this property. The area was beautiful, peaceful, and private. Our dogs loved the trails and stream. We would definitely stay here again. The only small negative to us was that the fire pit wasn’t as close to the camper as we are used to. But it was an amazing fire pit and hang out area. Everything about our experience was all that we hoped for. Definitely recommend!

Very nice private camping area with full hook ups. Added amenities like fire pit, covered areas, and a hiking trail going past a small stream. Lets you get away from the crowds and enjoy your family in a beautiful woody setting.

Quiet and private!
21 ft toy hauler
Extremely quiet and private rv spot. All hook up and Wi-Fi worked well. Host was very responsive to any questions. I would recommend this spot to anyone. The little town of Blue Riggs’s nearby was a cute little town and we highly recommend checking out the little shops along with its many restaurants.

The place is absolutely wonderful. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful. You can see every star. You hear the sounds of nature not the city. What a pleasure. The hosts are super nice and helpful. When we come back to Georgia we want to stay here again.
