The whole experience was absolutely amazing. The host's making you feel so welcome and will make sure you have everything you need! Loved having the outdoor kitchen available and every morning/evening there was groups of deer walking through the property. It was nice and quiet and not too far from stores. We will be booking here again very soon!

Beautiful property serves as a refuge for deer at night! There were 8 deer sleeping nearby just beyond the shadows of our campfire. Hosts Teri and Mike were so accommodating, friendly and respectful. Everything you need is on the property. 8 minutes from downtown High Springs. Felt very safe here. I stayed on an extra night so I could enjoy a campfire 🔥, firewood provided. I will definitely be back when visiting my daughter nearby.

Had a another GREAT stay at Spacouis Oaks. It is just beautiful under the canopy of old giant Oaks
Teresa is a fabulous host.....could not have ask for a nicer place to relax & get away.

The property was really nice with beautiful trees. We enjoyed a quiet, peaceful stay. We stayed in our trailer but checked out the two cabins which were really lovely. The bathroom that was provided was clean and plenty big enough.

Teresa was friendly and helpful when I pulled in. Her site is very lovely with gorgeous Live Oak trees, an outdoor kitchen, and hot showers. I highly recommend her place.

Spacious Oak Hammock
This was our first Hipcamp experience and we were very pleased! Teri and Mike are accommodating, thoughtful, and friendly hosts. (Bless you for the ice, Teri!) Our short stay was the half-way point on the way home after a very busy Christmas trip and was relaxing and pleasant. Superior to the state park next door where the sites are tiny and cramped. They helped our not-so-dog-friendly pup feel comfier around their chonky little cutie Nacho! Especially appreciated Mike giving us a heads up on pending storms, which we were able to avoid when we left. Thanks for a nice stay, and we'll be back!

we stayed in the small cottage. It was cozy and warm, we did in fact cook in their outdoor kitchen. It was a warm(ish) day in December. Natcho (their dog) is friendly but not too friendly, he stopped by for one visit and some pets, then left us to ourselves (we were there for two days). The owners are kind and thoughtful. We would definitely stay there again

We stayed here on a bikepacking trip. There were hot showers, flush toilet, kitchen, fire pits, and so spacious! The hosts were super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

This property is absolutely beautiful. It’s full of enormous trees. The live oaks were our favorites. Teresa was made to host. She is welcoming, kind and thoughtful. Everything was neat and clean. My husband said 10/10 would come again. My 6 year old said 21 10,000 loved it 😂

I loved camping here. Great place to watch the Gemini meteor shower . All accommodations were clean and well kept. The hosts were friendly. Nacho is a funny doggy. Will be back next year.

Terry and Mike are gracious hosts and great people. Their campground is very well maintained and can accommodate numerous campers. Whether you're in an RV, van or tent, they provide plenty of room.
They also provide communal showers, bathroom and a clean outdoor kitchen with fridge so you can store food, cook or just do your dishes. 30 AMPs with water with no issues. The area had great shade and if you're lucky enough, you'll spot the family of deer that hangout around the area.

We loved it ! The hosts were friendly and treated us like family. Their dog Nacho was also friendly and well behaved. The camp was spacious, clean, and beautiful. Lots of wonderful trees. The outdoor kitchen space was a bonus. Deer every morning. We will definitely be going back!

Amazing experience. This was only my second time camping as a single dad and the first time was a total disaster. We had all the fun of a true camping experience with the support of a refrigerator, full sink, and basically an outdoor, covered kitchen. Hosts were delightful and kind and made my kiddos feel special. We've already discussed visiting again when the weather is warmer to include the nearby springs in our camping adventures!

What an amazing site. The owners were amazing. Site was clean, quiet and private. The bathroom and shower were perfect. We used the kitchen stove each night. Really convenient. I will definitely be staying at this site again

I chose to sleep in The Magnolia cabin. I loved the funky decorating. Very upbeat. Plus Full fridge. Microwave. Sink. Keurig. Bathroom. Comfortable bed. TV. Covered front porch.
My requirements are the place must be clean and safe. Teresa and Mike’s place is both.
The outdoor shower and kitchen are delightful and well equipped.
My trip to this area was enriched by the conversations I had with Teresa. It is obvious that Teresa and Mike enjoy people and they are not involved in HipCamp for the sole reason of making extra income plus they have well-deserved pride in their 5 acre property.
Nacho their little dog checks up on you from time to time. Very cute pooch.
When I return to the area I will definitely stay again at Teresa and Mike’s lovely property. Close to many clear water springs. My favorites are the Itchatucknee River and Gilchrist Blue Springs which leads to the Santa Fe River where you can see seven more springs. High Springs is a cute town and has many restaurant options.

Amazing outdoor space. Very quiet and private. The host Mike & Teri were super welcoming, caring and loving. Can’t wait to come back again soon. The amenities are AMAZING, starting with the gorgeous outdoor shower, clean bathroom and fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Also, they provided a fire pit and wood that made my camping experience memorable. Thank you for having me!

This is an awesome campsite. Thoroughly enjoyed this camping trip. One of the top ones in Florida. We had quite a few surprises on this trip, including lots of Whitetail deer our camp, preview look at some of the new things are gonna be coming soon to camp and good food that we shared With her.

Excellent experience. Was greeted upon arrival by both hosts and Nacho their friendly dog. So friendly. I arrived a little before sunset. Terry showed me around and made sure I had the adapter required for me to use the electric hookup. I enjoyed access to a real toilet and not a pit or vault one. Quiet and peaceful night’s sleep. I left before sunrise so I didn’t get to take advantage of all this property has available. I would definitely stay again.

Teresa has a wonderful space and I can’t wait to go back! They helped me out when I grabbed the wrong tent from home and had an extra tent I could use. The location is peaceful and quiet. My favorite feature is the outdoor showers that have hot water!
