Hooking up to water and electric was easy. It was a really nice spot convenient to the beach and shopping. Rachel and Mike didn’t hover which was great! But were available if I needed something.

We really enjoyed our stay at the canopy site and our hosts! The site is well leveled and well landscaped! I recommend it! Bring a mosquito net!

This was a beautiful site, so close to tons of fun activities. Hosts took great care of us, helping us when we arrived after dark, and the property is so green and peaceful. I would definitely stay again!

We will be back! My fiancé and I booked this site last minute, and could not have been happier with our stay. Mike and Rachel’s property is beautiful, surrounded by native vegetation and natural landscaping.

The place is very nice and quiet. We felt welcomed. The site offers easy electricity and water supply. Our hosts were responsive and caring. They did some beautiful landscaping around their property. I definitely recommend this spot!

We have stayed at many places, but from the moment we drove in we knew it was special. Not only was the location near Sanibel, but it was set back from the road in a lovely, landscaped area with a great parking pad, electric, and water. Not to mention the kind and helpful hosts. Definitely a home away from home!

We absolutely loved or stay. It put us in a perfect area to enjoy the beautiful beaches. We had some great local meals and enjoyed some shopping close by. The site was beautiful and quiet at night. Our hosts were very accommodating and attentive to our questions. Would stay again without question.

Had a great stay at Mike and Rachel's place. Host's were nice and the place was very accomodating. Everything worked as it should and the location was perfect. Went kayaking,snorkling,hiking,biking.and to the beach all within a half hour. Would definitely stay there again.

Super nice hosts, and spot felt very private. Close to everything. It rained the entire time we were there, but we still appreciate how lovely the yard was kept with so many special touches. There are great places to eat nearby. We definitely recommend this special spot.

We loved the privacy! They spend a lot of time working on their tropical landscape and it makes a huge difference. It felt like we were staying at one of those really fancy campgrounds with the pavers and the lush tropical foliage that you pay over $100 for and then they pack you all in like sardines on top of one another except we got all the fancy foliage and none of the crowds. Their house is at the front of the property but the way they’ve got it situated each site (2) has privacy. Our dog was able to be off leash with no issues which is worth the nightly fee all on its own. The site description doesn’t mention the water feature in the neighbors backyard but the sound of the water was absolutely PERFECT to fall asleep to. Easy access to anything you could need and sidewalks right at the driveway so that’s awesome too if you gotta get your steps in like we do. One very friendly neighborhood dog named Fin came to meet us and we loved it because he kept our pup busy playing. Thanks Mike and Rachel for the great stay! We will def be back.

Communication was great and Rachel was a joy to meet. The site was level and very pretty with the plantings. There is also a fire pit and we enjoyed a fire that night after riding our bikes to the local Walmart to pick up a few things. Very convenient and a nice stop. We would definitely recommend!

We loved staying on Mike and Rachel’s property. It was very quiet and private. Nice level gravel pad surrounded by gardens and green grass. The best part was the location. So close to shopping, restaurants and beaches of Fort Meyers and Sanibel Island. We had a wonder five days.

Mike is amazing and made my experience arriving so smooth help backing In, and adapter to provide 30 amp , and helped me load up my motorcycle onto my carrier when I left . Overall energy and atmosphere was safe and relaxing very clean and maintained full of awesome plants and yard decorations

Mike and Rachel's land is peaceful and safe, with beautiful decorations, various plants, and sitting areas that have an old Florida vibe. Upon arrival, they were very calm, attentive, and supportive, helping me back in and providing an adapter I needed. The land has a great energy, and I enjoyed the atmosphere, which is quiet and exclusive.
I can tell the host put passion into keeping the land nice and decorative as well as creating a great experience
