Welcome to our private oasis. We have created a beautiful beach on our pond. We are on 3 acres, the pond is actually in our front yard, so come for fun not seclusion!! In our pumphouse you will find many family games, from 3 legged races, sack races, egg races, badminton, to tiki toss. There are other campers on the property so is it more like a small campground. Come swim, paddle around the pond on our kayak, jump on the trampoline, play on the swings, or build a campfire by the pond. MOTORCYCLE ENTHUSIASTS we are near the famous Daytona Beach Bike Week, Biketoberfest, and on the Southern Maytown Loop route.Pitch your tent, relax and unwind on our private beach. We have two campsites available, beach and fire pit are common areas. Play on the swings, jump on the trampoline, sunbathe on the sand, have a party, paddle around the pond with a kayak all right here in our property. Within 8 miles you have bicycle riding trails, boat ramps, fishing and the actual beach at the ocean. Our home and three additional full time campers do live on property. It is 3 1/2 acres so no one is right next to you like a traditional campground but this is not a secluded set up, more like a small campground. When we go camping we want 100% seclusion, therefore it's important to me to disclose this information.

Bbq, communal, private. We provide a small charcoal grill for your use at campsite. There is also a gas grill with a single burner and a flat top gas grill on the beach which is a community area.

Not private but nice spot to camp

The spot to camp is nice, large and level with lots of lights. So no worries there. We made a nice fire in the fire pit. We did not make use of the shower. Unfortunately the other people who also live on these premises got into a loud argument with some shouting and driving cars and motorbikes in the surrounding area. Loud music was also until late. This did not improve the atmosphere. So, nice place to dry-camp apart from the issue with the other more or less permanant residents. We did not meet Debra so don't know if this was just an unfortrnate incident.

Debra was awesome, her property was nice, clean and beautiful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful it felt like home away from home. My children enjoyed the property. One suggestion is to add an additional picnic table. We will definitely be back.

Very charming and electic. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Oaks and will return. Debra has some sweet little animals to keep you company...a duck...some kitties and a very sweet dog. The property has a number of amenities and is well maintained.

We loved tent camping on Debra’s land. We were grateful for the restroom and shower even though there was only cold water. The pond was beautiful with a fountain and 2 cute ducks. We enjoyed watching the pig get chased by the ducks. We were thankful for a safe place to camp for the night.

Great amenities, and well lit area. We arrived at 1 am and were still able to find a spot to set up our tent. Debra was very welcoming, and gave good directions before arrival, and brought us coffee in the morning.

My family & I LOVED camping at Debbie's place in the Oaks; such a beautiful piece of property! Directions were clear & we were greeted when we arrived. Our site had a wonderful view all the time, but watching the sun set through the huge oak trees was just perfect! Such a great time with Debbie & her thoughtful family! Thanks for having us. Debra and her husband Mike were so hospitable and they've done such a great job with their space. It is the perfect location to be at a smaller private fenced off campground (in their large yard complete with a fountain pond and numerous seating/picnic areas) that is still close to the beach and the attractions of the city. I went with my wife and our 4 and 5 year old and they loved it.

Lovely place

The area is very pretty with shower and toilet available. They are adding a cooking area with grill for their guests. The beach area had tables, candles, and adirondack chairs to enjoy the scenery. Debra was very helpful and made sure I had what was needed. I would definitely return and encourage others to experience the Beach at the Oaks.
