This site measures 60’ x 100’. It sits next to the seasonal creek. If heavy rains are projected we will provide alternate sites depending on your needs. It’s enjoyable to watch the creek flow or to explore the dry creek bed. The site is only 200 feet from. Walking stick lane and is surrounded by large birch shade trees. This is the perfect setting for a tranquil get away. The property is secluded and teaming with wildlife. Trails and scenic views abound. There’s is even a community 40’ x 40’ concrete pad. The concrete pad that looks out over the 2nd highest bridge in Arkansas and the Ozark Mountains! It is only 14 miles to Branson, 6 miles to Big Cedar and 4 miles to the AR/MO state line. If the winds aren’t over 10 Mph and we are not in a high fire danger, fires are allowed in the fire ring. No unattended fires. Wood can be purchased at .50 a good size stick/log with a minimum of 20 and the wood comes with free kindling. The porta potty is just a short walk from the camp site. The road ends 1/2 mile past the campsite so the road traffic is minimal

Fires must be in the fire ring and must be attended at all times. Firewood is for sale at .50 a good size stick and does come with free kindling. The road ends 1/2 mile past the campsite so traffic is minimal.

Lower Level Creek Side 8

Great communication. He went well above and beyond. He knew we were arriving after dark, so he places glow sticks and tea lights, to help us find our spot. He also freshly mowed for us. Property was well maintained, and nice.
