Stay on our 2-acre micro-farm on the beautiful Key Peninsula. Walk through our small grape orchard and garden, meet our chickens, relax in a hammock, go kayaking, and enjoy a campfire under the stars. We're just two minutes up the hill from the historic town of Home, where you can access the Puget Sound and check out Two Fox Winery, as well as grab any basic necessities at the gas station or small food mart. Penrose Point State Park and Joemma Beach State Park are both less than 10 minutes away. Key Center is also about 10 minutes away and has a larger food market, as well as a few shops and cafes, with even more stores and restaurants as you drive for 15 to 20 minutes. We strongly recommend visiting Yoked Farmhouse and Brewery while you're here, about a 20 minute drive, and the gorgeous Gig Harbor waterfront, just 30 minutes away.

Hunting camper on farm

Stay in a cozy, one of a kind, hand-built off-road hunting camper! The camper was built for comfort on hunting trips and sleeps up to four people cozily. Each sleeping space is equivalent to a full-sized bed and comes with camping mattresses and all the bedding you'll need. In the summer, trees shade the camper and two windows with screens can be opened to provide ventilation while blocking insects. In the cooler months, blankets and a heater are provided to keep you warm. Inside, there are electrical outlets for charging your devices, and there are LED lights both inside and in the outdoor kitchen space. The outdoor kitchen has a small gas stove and is stocked with the basics. There's also a pour-over coffee maker, and coffee, tea, and sugar are provided for the length of your stay. A retractable awning over the kitchen and a freestanding canopy tent provide protection from sun and rain. There is a table and chairs available for you to use on the property. Feel free to enjoy the fire pit in the evenings. (Firewood is not provided, but it's sold at many nearby shops.) We recommend picking up groceries and anything else you might need on your way here. For the biggest selection, there is a Costco, Albertsons, and Target in Gig Harbor. There is a small camping refrigerator and a larger cooler, but ice is not provided. The bathroom is just a few steps away from the camper entrance. The building has a portable heater for your comfort. Towels NOT provided. The water heater tank is 20 gallons and heats up very quickly but please still be conscious of your hot water usage. The toilet is an enclosed system composting toilet and we appreciate your efforts to follow the usage instructions and keep everything clean! There is an area next to the camper designated for guest use. Guests can stroll around the different parts of the 2 acres, including in the garden and grape orchard. There is a private home and several other small buildings/storage tents on the property that are not accessible to guests. Two single-person kayaks are available for your use during appropriate weather and tide levels, but they need to be taken down to the boat launch in our vehicle. We offer the kayaks for a reasonable rental price. We do not claim any responsibility for your safety while you are using them and can provide life jackets at your request. The road next to the campsite is usually most busy during commuting times. Nothing compared to being in a city, but be aware nonetheless. It's mostly quiet during the night and mid-day.

Bring your own tent and camping equipment and wake up near our grape orchard! The campsite is fairly spacious and can accommodate a couple of tents while still having enough space to set up a fire pit and any camping chairs and tables. There is a full indoor bathroom nearby. The bathroom has a portable heater for your comfort. Towels NOT provided. The water heater tank is 20 gallons and heats up very quickly but please still be conscious of your hot water usage. The toilet is an enclosed system composting toilet and we appreciate your efforts to follow the usage instructions and keep everything clean! Guests can stroll around the different parts of the 2 acres, including in the garden and grape orchard. There is a private home, camper, and several other small buildings/storage tents on the property that are not accessible to guests of the campsite. Parking is in the driveway and there is no car access to the campsite. It's a short walk over flat ground to get from the parking area to the campsite. If necessary, we can help you bring your belongings to the site in our small tractor trailer. Campsite near grape orchard

10/10 Book it! My husband and I stayed here after a long backpacking trip and couldn’t have had a better experience. The property was beautiful, comfortable, and easy to navigate. Anastasia and her family were more than hospitable - showing us around the space, teaching us about their crops, and even extending an invitation to family dinner in the gazebo. The location is removed from the hustle and bustle and we loved how close it was to the cute winery, Two Fox. We loved stopping there, chatting with locals, and enjoyed a lovely bottle of Dry Riesling. We will definitely be back next time we’re the in the area!

Very nice and clean bathroom/shower facilities. Peaceful, in the morning we sat and watched 2deer grazing. Would definitely stay again. Thanks
