The property has been in the family for 4 generations and is an old dairy/horse farm with hay fields, grownup/wooded pasture areas, ponds/wetlands, and lots of frontage on French Creek to include 2 canoe/kayak launch areas. There are lots of groomed trails and almost everything is accessible by 4x4 truck/vehicle. Railroad tracks run through the property. The property also includes an Island that French Creek has carved out over last 100 years or so.
