We’ve had this property in my family for over 30 years and it is been a potato farm, a cattle ranch, and a Lumber-mill site. We built our cabin from scratch from 47 tamarack large trees on our property.

This is a very rustic and remote log cabin situated on 120 acres that is adjacent to DNR state land. It is primarily forested and teaming with wildlife.

 The cabin
is about 4000 feet in elevation on Lemonasky Mountain just 1 mile below and an historical fire look-out. It is perched on top of a beautiful large meadow with a 50 mile view that has wonderful sunrises and sunsets.

Big Twin is a renowned fly-fishing lake, stocked annually and ideal for both seasoned anglers and beginners. Spend your days casting a line, exploring nearby hiking and biking trails, or simply soaking up the views.

Our resort offers the perfect balance of relaxation and outdoor fun. Kids and adults alike will love spending time on the water with our rowboats, pedal boats, and paddle boards, all available for rent. With its quiet, laid-back atmosphere and a wide range of outdoor activities, Big Twin Lake Resort is the perfect spot for your next family vacation.

Secluded Hillside Camp

Located in the beautiful Methow Valley, a short drive from the town of Twisp and walking distance from Pipestone canyon, this site provides a private and quiet place to camp, stargaze and easily access all that the Methow has to offer.  Sites are off-grid and rustic with no running water. There is an outhouse.

This is a self-check-in campsite, so please be sure to read all directions and review the included amenities ahead of your stay. If you have any questions, we ask that you reach out at least 24 hours before your arrival—we may not be on site or within cell service on the day you arrive (we like to go camping too!). 

Sagebrush Hollow

This is for the adventurous Hipcamper that appreciates the bumpy dirt road. Your Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla won't get you here. Cell service is limited. It is not recommended to arrive after sunset

But it is so worth it.

Come relax and enjoy the views of the Columbia River and the North Cascades. Plenty of sunshine with epic sunsets, our property is where you come to unwind and soak in the sun when the west side of the Cascades is socked in with clouds and rain. 

If you want to explore the area, it's about a 10-minute car ride to the Columbia River and 20 minutes to Chelan and all that is offered there. 

Our favorite activities when we visit are to listen to the birds chirp and take in the surroundings. There are several lava rock piles that speak to the long and volcanic geological history of the area. We also really enjoy walking the dirt road on the ridge. It provides some of the most incredible views in the area.

The dirt road section over the ridge can be a little rough and dusty and it's recommended that guests have a medium clearance vehicle, such as a Subaru Outback. However, a guest once drove their Honda Civic down to the site, so it really depends on your comfort level. If in doubt, just ask!

We have a security camera on site we use for wildlife sightings and to check the weather. If the idea of having the camera bothers you, feel free to place a blanket or some other type of cover during your stay. We can also turn the camera to only face the entrance. Just let us know.

Please respect the surroundings and others' property. There are several other vacation cabins in the area and everyone enjoys their peace and quiet.

We provide a privy for guests to use, but be prepared to pack out waste in case it doesn't meet your standards. We try to keep it clean and stocked with TP, but we can only get out to the land every few weeks.

Nirvana Gardens

Nirvana gardens is at 3000 feet in the North Cascades of Washington. It is 140 acres with a private lake.

You will have access to hundreds of
acres of roaming with your own private lake. 
Trail run, hike, Mountain Bike, lake swim,
or just sit, meditate,
and read a book on the cedar dock watching the sun sets. Nirvana is available in winter with certain requirements.

I had been searching for over 2 years for a property where I could make a difference in the environment and live in the wilderness. 
I was looking for water on a large tract of land that was remote. 
In 2017 I found the perfect property and to my dismay it had sold 2 days before I saw the listing. 
I was shocked because this was the perfect property. 
In my 2 years of searching I knew exactly what I wanted and this was the property. 
It had a private lake with fish. 
A solar cabin with a flush toilet and hot shower. 
The cabins 8 foot windows faced West for magical sunsets and view of the storms that roll in from the coast. 
It was beautifully treed with just the right amount of open meadow and forest with Hemlock, Ponderosa pine, and Larch. 
How could this property be sold? 
I tried to let it go but thought about it for the next year. 
After a year and a half had passed and my search continued I came across an advertisement for this magical property, it was up for sale again. 
I called the real estate agent immediately and found that an offer had been made but the buyers could not commit for 5 more months. 
 I made an offer that day not really knowing how I was going to pull off the money. 
I knew this property was meant for me. 
I wrote the owner a letter explaining that I was a land steward and that this land would never be developed. 
I would be putting it in a land trust where no developers could put up condos. 
 The owner happened to be a environmentally focused human
and he ended up selling to me. 
Come to find out when I had first saw the property sold a year and a half before, that transaction had fallen through. 
The owner had just taken it off the market for the winter.

Loup Loup Ski Bowl

Enjoy fantastic summer and winter recreation directly out your door in the campsite at Loup Loup Ski Bowl. Summer activities include chairlift rides to the top of Little Buck Mountain, 75 km of bike trails, miles of hiking trails, disc golf, etc. Campsite is located approximately 25 minutes from the Methow and Okanogan valleys. It is a short drive to a variety of rivers and lakes where you can enjoy fishing, boating, rafting and tubing.All summer activities, bike shop, restaurant, flush toilets are available Wednesday through Sunday. Camping is available for self contained RVs, motorhomes, vans. No hookups or dump stations are available at this time.

Kountry Riverside Hideaway

Nestled in the beautiful town of Methow, you'll have the sound, views and access to the Methow River right from our 5 acre property plus the views of nearby mountain ranges.  There's local river rafting company nearby to raft the river or find a spot upriver to put in your own tube and float the river right to us. Area is flat, private and the perfect place to hideaway. Enjoy bird watching and other possible wildlife sightings too. You're pretty close to everything depending on which way you want to go. Pateros, Brewster, Chelan, Wenatchee, Twisp, Winthrop, Alta Lake State Park, other State parks, golfing, wineries, hiking, biking, skiing are just a few things and areas and even Leavenworth is about 90 minutes away. If you prefer to do nothing and just enjoy the relaxation of sitting by the river you'll find peace at our little Kountry Riverside Hideaway! Whether you want to stay a night, a few days or more we hope you love it here.

Methow Valley View Property

Get away from it all when you stay at this Methow valley view property.  Located 5 miles out of downtown Pateros on a private 10 acres,  and with valley views all the way to the Columbia River.  Enjoy the dark skies with stars like you haven't seen in years!  The only sounds are the native birds and coyotes in the distance.  With nearly 300 degree views and sunrise and sunsets on each side of you, you'll feel a world away from the hustle back home.  Only 12 minutes to downtown Pateros, 15 minutes to Alta Lake, less than 30 to Chelan.

Silverline Lakeside Resort

Dispersed camping in "The Field" can be booked through HipCamp, all other sites within the campground must be booked through our direct website. Please note the following about The Field:

The Field is exactly that - a large, open, grassy field. There are no shade trees so it is recommended that you bring your own shade, if you desire any.

The Field does not have any lighting - it is recommended that you do not arrive after dark.

The Silverline Resort is a no generator park, however we do allow generators to be used in The Field, but they must be turned off during quiet hours (10pm - 8am). All external noise devices must also be turned off during these hours.

Fires are allowed until Washington State or Okanogan County issue their annual summer burn ban. It is a different date each season, feel free to email the day before your stay to check if one has been issued for your dates.

Please book 1 site per tent or trailer. If you have more than one tent or trailer please book additional sites. These sites are dispersed and are first come first served. Assigned tent/RV sites within our campground must be booked through our direct website - they can not be booked through HipCamp.

Each site can accommodate up to 4 adults in the same tent/trailer, and up to 4 children in the same tent/trailer. Additional adults or tents/trailers need to book an additional site.

There is a port-a-potty located in the field, the bathhouse and showers are located inside the campground.

Our showers are quarter operated with a cost of $1.50/five minutes. Please plan ahead and bring quarters or stop by our store before we close and we can make change for you.

Our resort has a well-stocked general store where you can pick up camping essentials, including fishing tackle and supplies, RV supplies, soda and snacks, firewood, and ice. After picking up supplies, you can enjoy a family picnic at one of our large grass common areas. If you'd prefer someone else do you cooking, stop by the Wagon Wheel Kitchen, our onsite restaurant offering unlimited pancakes most Saturday and Sunday mornings. If you want to get out on the lake but don't have a boat, we offer a wide variety of watercraft for rent. Other campground facilities include the following:
