You will feel very secluded on our 5 acre property. Our parcel is partially wooded and partially cleared for our flower farm. But it adjoins neighboring properties that have an additional 20+ acres that are totally wooded giving the feeling of being further away from civilization than you are. Enjoy an outdoor shower on the edge of the woods with on-demand hot water. You’ll also have your own custom made steel fire pit with fire wood available for purchase (or you can bring your own). We have an outdoor picnic table as well as a table inside the tent for late night card games.
There's a lovely little bathroom with a composting toilet and a sink with running water. We allow up to 6 people (absolutely no pets) and request that parties respect the limit so that our composting toilet can keep up with the demand with minimal servicing while you are here (to maintain your privacy).
Please contact us to set up a time for a guided tour if you are interested in seeing the farm up close. Please no U-pick or tours without guidance.
We’d like to make sure to point out that there is convenient and dedicated parking for campers but the camping spot is about 200 feet from the parking area and over uneven ground. A cart is provided for unpacking your vehicle. Because it is very dark here at night, we would request that campers arrive before dark to safely find their way and unload with adequate light.

Larry and Dolly McMurtrey purchased the Delveccio farm in 1975 next door to this farm. The farm offered an exciting new venture after retirement. The McMurtrey's had many fun and unique ideas. They purchased truck loads of scrap glass to resell as fish glass, which is still seen today in the parking lot. They grew bamboo and sold imperfect veggies that farmers were going to throw away. Eventually they landed on Christmas trees. To expand their ventures, they leased this land for many years then eventually sold the Delveccio land and purchsed this farm in 1998.
Today, Larry and Dolly's daughter and son-in law, Jana and Pablo Sifuentes have grown the family business to provide wonderful memories to the community during the holiday season.

On-site amenities include a firepit, picnic table, trash can, sun umbrella, a buoy, and camp chairs for your enjoyment. Additionally, a honeybucket is available in the parking lot for your convenience. Please note that the boat lift and on-site cabana are not available for camper use. There is no electricity so please be prepared to bring your own lighting. (There is a set of string lights in the tree that we put up for our personal use that requires our solar generator to use. Just a heads up that these aren’t intended to be part of the guest camping experience). Various chairs, paddle boards, tents and other items shown in images may belong to guests and are not all included in the rental. Larry and Dolly McMurtrey purchased the Delveccio farm in 1975 next door to this farm. The farm offered an exciting new venture after retirement. The McMurtrey's had many fun and unique ideas. They purchased truck loads of scrap glass to resell as fish glass, which is still seen today in the parking lot. They grew bamboo and sold imperfect veggies that farmers were going to throw away. Eventually they landed on Christmas trees. To expand their ventures, they leased this land for many years then eventually sold the Delveccio land and purchsed this farm in 1998.
Today, Larry and Dolly's daughter and son-in law, Jana and Pablo Sifuentes have grown the family business to provide wonderful memories to the community during the holiday season.
This year the farm will start a small u-cut flower field then add the pumpkin patch in September and November.

Brittany's space is a sweet little haven. I have booked this spot a few times for a Winter Solstice celebration and it never disappoints. The cabin was larger than I expected! You enter into a large room with the main bed (bedding included), pullout couch, armchair and fireplace. Then there is the kitchen area with a good size dining table. Bathroom is right off the kitchen. No shower but that didn't bother us. Basic amenities for the kitchen is all provided and there are plenty of extra blankets. Just a PSA, your door code will be sent 30 minutes before the check in, we found ourselves worrying as the time got closer and closer!

Another pitch perfect 🏕️😋 stay at Cedar River Resort! My pup and I stayed at the tent site again and the rain and generally soggy weather made me appreciate the tent pad even more. It’s so nice to not have to lug all the firewood in as well. I just get to breeze on in with my tiny 2 lb bag of kindling and use the firewood available on site for a very reasonable price. This was a neat spot. Very cool to see all the animals and the hosts were very kind. Hook ups were reliable and ground in this specific site was level enough to only need one small block on one back tire.
Note for anyone visiting, this is a working farm, and when there is not camping in the pasture it’s used for animals. Poop was everywhere, like every 10 (or less) steps there would be poop. It’s alpaca and goat so it’s not wet or gross, but you’ll want to bring some boots if you plan to walk around the field much - definitely not a place for bare feet.
Would stay again, and keep this in mind for the future.

The lands of Camp MoxyJo's were such fun from vintage glamping trailers and camper vans to multiple kitsch-filled common areas for communal cooking, play & hanging out. Having grown up in the 1960s, I felt I was immersed in joyful memories of my young adulthood everywhere I walked on the Camp MoxyJo's grounds. My young grandchildren loved roaming the campground, feeding the goats, and being introduced to the art of darts--intergenerational memory making.

Simple and easy space with a clean porta-potty. The space is on a lovely farm to visit and walk through. We were there when she was setting up for a pumpkin patch event. Things were hustling and bustling and looked very cute. I wish we could have stayed to check it out but we were up and on our way early. Jana was a lovely host.. She was responsive and very friendly.
