The views and sunsets are amazing, and it's very quiet for being so close to town. We are a family of four with a dog, barn cats, and free range chickens. We enjoy providing a convenient and tidy location for travelers to stay, and can provide as much assistance as needed while giving you as much privacy as possible. Owned the last 100 years by only two families. The Weber family was the last to own and operate the farm for over 60 years. House was built in 1917 and the barn was added in 1925. Legend has it Bing Crosby sang in the barn himself after a long summer bucking bales in Cheney.
We are close to Turnbull Wildlife Park and a few local fishing lakes: badger lake, williams lake, and amber lake. The town of Cheney is a great place to stock up and bicycle the fish lake trail.

Dreamy place. Smells like pine trees all day. Beautiful views of the Palouse. Its very well set up. Hot water in the faucet and bathoom. The outside sink was a plus. The table is very big, lots of dry firewood, spacious area, lots of parking, sting lights, the owners were very accomodating, flexible and very welcoming. The kids were very loud and they didn't once come over or say anything.

This was the perfect place to rest during my cross country road trip! The hosts were welcoming and made to sure let me know if I needed anything to just ask. The bathroom was so very nice after weeks of campground bathrooms, they even provide shampoo/conditioner and towels if needed. Having a covered area to relax and sit with power for electronics was also just perfect. Also the wifi provided was fast and reliable, I was easily able to get my remote work done. I definitely enjoyed trying their roasted coffee in the mornings while watching the sunrise. I would highly recommend this place for people traveling or even locals who just want a restful and peaceful getaway.
