There are way too many fees that are not mentioned until you get there, she wanted to charge me for 2 spaces because my son was going to sleep in his suv with our disabled dog, we ended up working the price out ($275 for 4 people, 1 site for 3 nights)
But no radio, no generator, $10 fee to fish off the dock
Bathrooms are really outdated but serves its purpose

Can’t stress enough that this is the worst camping experience my family has had. As soon as we arrived we were told that our 3rd vehicle couldn’t be on the premises unless we paid for an additional campsite (we already paid for 2 and understood the rule of one vehicle per site, but figured there may be paid parking and if not we’d park the other vehicle in town)
After she realized we wouldn’t buy another site she allowed us to pay $10 per day for the extra vehicle which we were happy to do. We later found that another camper had been charged $20 per day for his car, a clear example of how she attempts to take advantage of campers.
After parking was established she immediately started telling me how we couldn’t have parties(we brought 3 small children and an infant and had no plans to party) and also informed us music of any type was forbidden, including music to sooth our baby when I asked about that.
We then learned that swimming was not safe as there was an algae bloom, which if we had seen that on the listing In this app we would have booked elsewhere, it was extremely hot and the kids couldn’t even swim.
As we were packing to leave she came over and accused of of having people coming and going all weekend and said we owed money for that, we never had a single person who wasn’t registered through this app show up. When she asked if we enjoyed our stay and I told her honestly no, she informed me not to come back and that she would leave a review on me for that. 0/10 rating

A nice quiet setting with a beautiful view of the lake. Monika is a wonderful hostess. The weather was stormy while we were there, but we enjoyed relaxing and watching the many birds that call the area home. Sites are full hookup and well maintained. We always enjoy staying here.

Beautiful view over the lake. Tons of birds and a very lovely camp host. The train rolls through every now and then, but we enjoyed being able to watch it go by. We had a lake tent site. It was a little windy but no problem in our camper van.

This is an okay place to stop when you're traveling and need a place overnight - it's very convenient to the highway - but I wouldn't recommend much more. I stayed in mid August and the lake was covered in a thick layer of algae, so it was not swimmable or wadeable, and at night, there were swarms of bugs. Lots of people pulled in at dusk and left first thing in the morning. The owner seemed friendly, and it beats parking/camping on concrete or with noisy neighbors. It might be a good place for anglers.

Monika was so kind and helped us above and beyond. We tent camped down by the lake. Bring a small rake if you camp lakeside due to goose droppings. As others have posted train runs every couple of hours so bring ear plugs for a sound night sleep.

We stayed here along a long trip to get away from the crowds and slow down for a few days. The lake front site was incredible, our dog and son and a great time playing in the warm water all day. There were a lot of bugs, and the weather was hot, but there’s nothing anyone could do about that. The bathrooms were small but clean. It was very quiet at night, despite the nearby train track. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

We enjoyed our weekend! The property is very well kept up, Monika is very nice. A few things to note, great fishing in the lake but not for swimming. No mats are allowed on the grass, the train is across the lake, we did hear it and it’s quite active but the noise really wasn’t bad at all, especially while inside our trailer. Bring your bug spray :-)
The Views are outstanding!! Such a relaxing weekend over all and will be back again!

Absolutely one of the most quieter and calmest campgrounds we’ve ever stayed in! It started with a delightful and informative host Monika, our site was right in front of the water for an extremely reasonable price. The site was level and clean with partial shade. The bath house was older but very well maintained and after camping for a couple days we definitely need a quick shower. Thankful she still provides this service! This campground sits by sprague lake that is beautiful, with gorgeous sunsets…we have stayed here multiple times and plan on coming back for more! 🙏

Overall it was a safe place to land. The bird action surrounding the lake was nuts! Bring a pair of binoculars and witness and your Merlin App and witness the life!
The site was closer to a few others that wasn’t exactly expected, but had reasonable guests that followed the quiet hours. You’re pretty much out in the open, a few stunning trees like Cottonwood gave you something natural to focus on (along with the water, of course). Clean bathroom (no shower) was a little walk away but really nice to have access to when you’re on the road. Appreciated the host’s prompt and warm greeting!

GORGEOUS camp site. It was so nice to fall asleep next to the water. The lake had a cool breeze the entire trip, which made the 80°+ temps feel much more comfortable. I really enjoyed watching all the birds on the property, and on the lake. We saw some jumping fish too!
The bathrooms were clean, and the water spigot was easily accessible.
We would definitely stay here again.

Monika and the Sprague RV Resort were amazing! So clean and safe! I would 100 percent recommend this to a friend! The lake is beautiful! Don’t let the town you drive through to get there scare you off! It’s worth it!

Beautiful place to camp. Peaceful and right on the lake. All kinds of birds, saw pelicans on our last day. Monika is a welcoming and wonderful hostess. She keeps the property clean and inviting. We can’t wait to go back!
