Learn more about this land: This 10 acre parcel is on a south facing slope with a forest of growing trees that are all 12 feet apart. Wildlife like deer, turkeys, and an occasional moose are common. One can walk through the woods or just sit and listen to nature all around. It's a great place for hammock camping! Two miles to the East is Lake Coeur d'Alene with great boating, kayaking, and fishing. Loffs Bay has a public boat ramp and lake access. This is not a good site for RV's! It is great for a jeep/subaru/small SUV. The trees are 12 feet apart and turning around would be difficult with an RV or trailer! Our property is a serene getaway to park your RV, go be in nature, and also be close to Spokane. We're a paved road to our property and not far off the I-90, about 7 minutes. You can experience beautiful sunrises and sunsets on our property. About 15 minutes away is Fish Lake. It's a wonderful lake for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. There is also the Fish Lake bike trail there that is paved and wonderful to see birds and wildlife. Our place is close to many nature areas, just ask and I'd love to help guide you! Or if you're going into Spokane for groceries or other adventures, we're 15 minutes from downtown Spokane. The paved RV parking is fairly close to our house, we will provide as much privacy as you need. If you chose to take your RV further into the land, you can park anywhere and we can run an extension cord to power, as long as you don't park in the way back of the 5 acres. There is water too!

However, you are far enough away to still feel you have privacy and enjoy your stay. While waiting to get our house finished we have jumped into figuring out where our family farm is headed. It has been a fun journey so far and we look forward to being able to share it with you. SPECIAL NOTES: Our driveway is a little steep upon entrance. The power and water are further away than normal. We provide everything needed to make this a non problem for you. We have 4 “barn” cats running around. They tend to be too friendly and curious sometimes. We cannot guarantee that you won’t have cat prints on your vehicle… or one even trying to sneak in with you. We just want you to have the full picture before spending your hard earned money and trying to enjoy your stay. Learn more about this land: Your stay will be had on our fully operational small family farm. You are welcome to enjoy our animals following a short conversation of the rules while on your stay. Your RV door will be facing our neighbors black angus cow pasture. It is possible that you could have some visitors out your door from time to time! (On the other side of the fence of course) We typically have trails cut throughout the property for exploring if you choose. Our family lives on-site and fairly close to the RV pad. While we have no problem giving you as much privacy as possible. We do want you to know that this is a working farm and that means, heavy equipment could need to be operated. Animals make noise, and offer smells if the wind is blowing just right. We will almost always be outside doing something. Please be sure that this is something you are aware of and willing to have be a part of your stay.
