There is a trail on property and many miles of gravel roads available for biking. Indoor bathroom inside our home is available as needed. Well Water available by hose to fill containers or tanks as needed. Mountain bikes recommended (no motor bikes/ATVs allowed). Campfires are not allowed. There are many lakes for fishing within driving distance. This is desert land, so it has natural desert animals, such as rattlesnakes and coyotes. Please be aware and be prepared.
