This small 25-acre ranch is just in the early stages of development. We are repairing fences and watering. I just added solar power and several electrical upgrades for RV's. The property has a 2000 feet of grass runway with an airplane hangar, so you could fly it if you have a STOHL airplane.
The irrigation pond/pond yard area is currently available for camping.
Many wineries, brewies and outdoor activities available in the area. Children can help feed or water the pigs and perhaps the chickens. Be aware though when piglets are around at times they are very small and are amazing escaped artists so do not keep food out unless you want to try and pet one they are friendly. We are more than happy to help suggest wineries and brewies in the area or enjoy the bar area we have!
We offer several campsites as well as an in-ground greenhouse as listings.
Guests love staying with us: "The pond at Willow Barn Ranch was picturesque. Show us around the property. It's very quiet and peaceful, and you can tell you take good care of your land. Wide open spaces." Please be aware that we do not allow parking on grass without explicit permission which is always handled on site. A little farther and you will find natural pools at Potholes State Park, Soap Lake, Coulee Dam, and Lake Lenore Caves.
Interesting fact: Our homestead is located on the McConihe Flats. 1200 years ago the Sinkiuse Indians would meet on the McConihe Flats and trade. They would also collect things along the shore of the lake such, as duck eggs and reeds, which are still around today.
We are conveniently located between Moses Lake and Ephrata Washington. Only 12 minutes from either town where you can find Walmart, other stores, and resturants for all your needs.

Rural farm camp in Yakima's west valley. This relaxed campsite is bordered by fruit orchards and farms on a very quiet dead end road. Over two acres of field grass surrounding by rolling hills with views of farms, cows, horses, and the eastern foothills of the Cascade mountains.
There is a 1/2 acre pond on the camp property with frogs, turtles, wild birds and wild ducks and geese drop in all the time. Very quiet and peaceful out here, the frogs will sing you to sleep and that's about the only sound you will hear.
There is power and water hooks up at 2 of 3 camp sites. Multiple tent sites , restroom available
Two large and level RV spots are graveled and can accommodate your 5th wheel, diesel pusher, trailer or toy hauler. The third RV/camp spot is grass but also large and level. This grass spot is dry camping but water is available from nearby spigot and a generator is also available for rent at $20/night.
Forgot your wood? No problem, firewood is always available $ 5.00/bundle. There are fire rings at each site for your use (unless burn ban in effect)
Camp host always has plenty of S'mores supplies (complimentary of course) for that campfire treat. :)

If you are into quads, motorcycle riding or 4x4 off-roading this place is perfect. There are forest service roads and trail riding nearby. Jeep and off road groups come from all over the state to ride in the foothills, just 30 minutes away.
Winter time campers are welcome too!
Winter access is easy, county road to entrance of Hipcamp is plowed by county road crews and as host I have tractor 🚜 to plow the camp area prior to your arrival.
Snowmobiles are welcome in winter and you get a reduced nightly rate. Ride and play in the snow around the camp property or drive 20 minutes to foothills with trails and forestry roads open to sleds. Bring the whole group, plenty of room on this property for as many as 20 rigs and trailers.

Located just outside the Ellensburg city limits in an area called Grasslands. All lots are a minimum of one acre, with quiet streets, and ten minutes from anywhere downtown in Ellensburg. Five minutes from the rodeo grounds, the property also has a gate providing direct access to the Palouse to Cascades Trail for hiking, biking, jogging, or electric scooters.
We offer full hookups with direct connection to sewer, a deep well with great water, and a 30-amp electric hookup. The normal entrance, opposite the hookups on RVs and trailers, faces the Stuart Range mountains and is away from our house. There is easy access off the road, with a dedicated parking spot for vehicles that tow trailers or fifth wheels, or for a towed vehicle your RV pulls. There is plenty of space in the backyard.
We have rented this space successfully on Airbnb for three years, though there is not much traffic. Guests have stayed for weekends, 3–4 day holidays, on a weekly basis (with a 20% discount from the nightly rate), and on a monthly basis (with a 40% discount from the nightly rate).

We woke up to the blissful sound of roosters. The vibes at Willow Barn Ranch are amazing. They supplied us with free firewood. Very spacious. We went in the winter and it was goregous I can't imagine the beauty in spring or summer. The hosts were so nice and helpful. Really can't beat this place for the price.

We love Buck Meadows and have been camping here for years. The site is private and picturesque yet located quite close to town. The sites are ready-to-go with a fire pit, table, garbage, and benches/chairs, so it is easy to roll in with your tent and enjoy the space immediately. After a recon mission to Teanaway and Taneum, I stumbled upon Brynn’s property and knew this was the perfect place for my family’s very first camping trip. The sites are private and extremely easy to access. It’s peaceful, fun, and truly the perfect place to kick back, relax, and enjoy some time outdoors. Our kiddo was able to ride his bike, run around, go on the paddle boat, throw rocks in the river, and even got to meet Fudge, Tootsie, Salt & Pepper (Brynn’s goats and lambs)! We only live 15 minutes away and felt like we were able to really “get away from it all.” The location is perfect for a quick weekend away or an extended stay if you’re traveling. I can’t say enough about Brynn - she’s accommodating, helpful, engaged, and checks on you to make sure everything is going well. We are grateful to cross paths and will 100% be returning very soon! 1000/10 stars!
