David, his wife, and everyone else that helps maintain the property were SO sweet and welcoming. Seems like it would be a lovely place to stay in the winter, so thats when I'd like to come back! 5 stars all the way for everything here, the thoughtfulness of the cabins, the cleanliness, the readily available kitchen and the hospitality. We made this last-minute reservation to escape the wildfire smoke, and we’re so glad we did! The location was perfect for sightseeing in the area, and we even took the ferry over to Seattle. This Hipcamp was perfect for our three-night stay. Our site was level, there was a nice grassy area between the sites and a table with two chairs, and having full hookups was a huge plus. We had plenty of room to back in our 36-foot Class A motorhome and still park our Jeep next to it. The owners were friendly, helpful, and available whenever we had a question. The entire property was very clean, peaceful, and quiet. One of our favorite things was watching the deer that came to visit every day! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area. Highly recommend, especially for fellow RV travelers!

Weekend Trip to Lake Cushman RV Camping Lot

We had a wonderful stay and will absolutely be back! The campsite is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, making it a great place to relax. We especially loved the large covered area, which made it comfortable to sit by the fire while our daughter played nearby, even when the weather wasn’t perfect. Having access to all of the community parks was a huge bonus and gave us plenty to explore during our stay. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing Lake Cushman getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at peaceful Olympic peninsula rv camp. We were greeted by the host, who was very friendly, and welcoming. The spot we reserved was quaint and had full hookups, and a grassy area with a picnic table. We loved the wild life. There were rabbits, squirrels and deer. We definitely would stay here again.

We're sorry we didn't meet William but we spoke briefly on the phone as we arrived and weren't sure where to park our van for site #3 (it's the flat area next to the green conex container, right in front of you when you pull in) and he sounds very nice. As expected and described, it's just a flat spot, no toilet or services (but if you're an RV there are hookups). It was all we needed for a few days to walk to a nearby event. Yes it's next to the road, which during the day can be noisy, but we were rarely there and at night it was quiet. One frustrating thing was a yappy dog that had some lonnnng bouts of nonstop barking, with no people around to quiet it down and that was not nice. For us not being around much, it wasn't a dealbreaker, but if you're planning to hang out, I'd check in ahead of time to see if this is a continuing issue (if you are alone, maybe it's ok; he may have been barking because he heard us talking...if the little guy had just come over, we'd have let him hang out with us). This was an amazing stay at this Hipcamp! Cindy and Bob were wonderful hosts—welcoming, personable, and friendly throughout our visit. Their beautiful property is well-maintained and provides a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Access to the property was easy, and there was plenty of room to maneuver and park my 35-foot fifth wheel. My campsite was quaint, well-groomed, and offered the perfect balance of comfort and privacy. One of the highlights of our stay was being greeted each morning and evening by a resident deer and her fawns. A tip for future guests: bring a few fresh apples to share. If you keep pets quiet and remain calm and non-threatening, the deer may wander right up to your site. We enjoyed watching them while tossing out a few cut-up apple slices. I highly recommend this location, whether you're looking for a convenient home base to explore the area or simply seeking a quiet escape to relax and unwind. Dre

Nice, clean and simple RV camp spot. I was thinking it would have a feel of being in an industrial park, but surprisingly it felt like we were in the country. Perfectly situated to hide the industrial structures. Bonus to have 4 nice individual bathrooms, clean and fully stocked? each with a full shower. We will definitely be back, maybe rent some bikes and explore those trails. It was just a quick little overnight stay for us, in town to visit family, but a great spot! Thanks Jeff and crew!!!

Stephanie’s Hip Camp location is amazing! I would give her location and service a 100/10 every time. Our family has made countless memories at her camping spot and will make it part of our family tradition. The spot has the best access to the lake and the area is very beautiful. Stephanie goes above and beyond to give her guests anything that they need during their stay!

This is a great spot for smaller trailers. We loved the covered gazebo and sitting area. It was super Close to town and trails. The access to a private lake area is an added bonus. The hosts were great with communication. 10/10

We loved our stay at Jim’s RV site. There were full hookups as described and the gazebo was a great option as well. The location is within Lake Cushmans private community and provided multiple options for lake access. There’s many hikes nearby and Olympic National Park is less than 30 min drive from RV site. Jim did a great job communicating and providing information to make our stay successful

We enjoyed our stop over at RV@Olympic. It was truly very clean in all the buildings and the dog park was usually free for our little dogs as well. We really appreciated being fairly close to the clubhouse to use the restroom & showers (new construction with a/c). Friendly staff and a comfortable spot to stay.

Nice, shaded, and isolated-from-neighbors spot for camping with FULL HOOKUPS! Best thing is that it is located not far from the gorgeous and pristine Lake Cushman, but also many wonderful hiking trails. Despite the temps being in the 90's, we had a great vacay! The hosts were informative and helpful. It's awesome that they provide you with a beach pass.

Beautiful campsite right on the lake with gorgeous views. It was easy to load in and out, which made setup and packing a breeze. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The bathrooms were conveniently located and exceptionally clean. We'd happily stay here again.

This is a commercial RV park that books partially through Hipcamp. That said, the park is fairly new, clean and well maintained. The showers are private clean and spacious. There is a robot store (not sure what the correct term is) for snacks and other necessities. The spaces are fairly close together with no physical boundaries but it was perfect for our purposes as a stop coming to and from the ferry to Victoria Isand. We would certainly stay there again.

The location is excellent, it’s private and secluded however, minutes from the lake and store. The area had plenty of room to pull in and out the camper. Plus, plenty of room for tent. There’s a beautiful gazebo with evening lights that sets a relaxing atmosphere. The third night the golf course had a glow in the dark evening session. It was fun to see all the golf carts lit up in different neon lights from afar. There’s a large double gated fence that keeps your stay private and safe.
