You can ride your horse, or hike right from the property, enjoy swimming, boating, and fishing at nearby Lake Easton and Lake Kachess. Refer to Campground Map for Site # and location. Take a short day trip to Roslyn, Wa. most noted for the filming of the Northern Exposure series. Roslyn was founded in 1886 as a coal mining company town. During the 20th century, the town gradually transitioned away from coal, and today its economy is primarily based on forestry and tourism. Don't forget to visit The Roslyn Cafe and The Brick. Another fun day trip is to Snoqualmie Falls one of Washington state's most popular scenic attractions. Approximately 45 minute drive from Easton. More than 1.5 million visitors come to the Falls every year. At the falls, you will find a two-acre park, gift shop, observation deck, the Salish Lodge and the famous 270 foot waterfall.

Now accepting bookings 6 months out! Spring Creek Getaway is a large, one and a half acre campsite private campsite near Cle Elum, Washington. Located on Spring Creek Road in Ronald, WA, it is a three minute drive to Lake Cle Elum. It is an hour and a half drive East of Seattle, and a ten minute drive to Roslyn. There is unlimited recreation in the area, including many hiking and riding trails near by. Plenty of space on the property to bring a boat or ATVs, along with a place for your camper. The power is 110v. We also have high speed WIFI making it easy to work from the campsite. Please note that we do not have water or sewer hookups. There are two picnic tables and a fire pit in a large open area. There is a creek running through the property and string lights leading to it. If you would like to use the propane fire pit table, please bring your own propane tank or you can fill up an empty one that is available at the campsite to use. Lakeside camping near Cle Elum guide

Overview

With three lakes within a quick drive of one another, the Cle Elum area is an ideal destination for boating- and kayaking-loving campers looking for lakefront camping within easy reach of Seattle. Area public campgrounds are managed by the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest and include the Wish Poosh Campground on Cle Elum Lake (just north of Ronald) and the Kachess Campground on the northwestern banks of Kachess Lake. Both offer tent sites and RV camping, plus basic amenities such as fire pits and picnic tables, but don't expect hookups or dump stations. A couple of group camping sites are also in the area, notably the Cle Elum River Group Site just north of Cle Elum Lake and the East Kachess Group Site, right on the eastern banks of Kachess Lake. Private lake camping options abound as well.
