10 acre homestead on the outskirts of downtown North Bend at the base of Mt. Si. Breathtaking view of the mountain, peaceful pastures, amazing wildlife. Walk or ride to all the charm of Downtown North Bend (0.7 miles), The Snoqualmie River (0.5 miles) or The Snoqualmie Trail (0.5 miles). Close to Rattlesnake Lake (6.5 miles) and a huge variety of hiking trails. The farm is regularly visited by elk. During the spring and summer there are (sometimes) cows, (always) cats, chickens, ducks, and three working dogs on the property. Hollow Tree Campsite is private, located on the far side of the pasture, next to a seasonal creek (dry in the summer). Jake's Corner is more open and located on the westside of the pasture. For those wanting hookups to a water hose or electricty, Barn Camp is an excellent option. This spot was SO cozy. It’s on a street with a bunch of cute cabins so being in our camper almost felt like a “cabin” weekend. The gazebo was a game changer for fall camping and kept us dry to cook, eat, and sit by the fire under the rain. River sounds were so lovely and the hike Mark recommended (walking distance from the site) was so secluded and wonderful

This was such a charming and cozy site! Right on a creek in a beautiful neighborhood. Great waterfall hike nearby and the town of packwood is close and very fun. The gazebo was excellent as we got a little bit of rain and we were able to stay dry while still enjoying a fire 10/10 would go back!

This site is a private lot tucked in amongst a community of cabins. It’ got a mountain stream in the back, gazebo, chairs, picnic table, fire pit, full hookups , Wi-Fi, and a new gravel pad. I wished we had built in a longer stay. It’s less than a 5-minute drive to an entrance to Mount Rainier National Park.

Communication with Tyler was quick. He answered my questions promptly. Easy back in. Good map. Easy to find. Pretty property. Dahlias and zinnias were beautiful. Chickens and goats were fun to watch. The site was perfect. Covered with timed Edison lights. Good water pressure. 50 Amp electric. The closest dump station is kanaskat-palmer state park. You can purchase fire wood and eggs. It is close to the skeet shooting range, but the noise was not disruptive. Only heard it briefly. Lots of evidence of elk or deer, but didn't see any.

We had a wonderful stay at this site! It was a great little setup nestled in the woods in a nice little mountain neighborhood that backed up to a little creek (with easy access to the staircase down). The covered table with lights was a great addition and you can’t beat full hookups and WiFi. Close to town and to Mt. Rainier National Park (though the nearby entrance was closed this month for construction and we had to drive an hour to Nisqually). Would definitely book this spot again.

Great location if you are looking for a place tucked in the woods and close to Mt Rainer. Although you are next to cabins, the spot still feels private and the sounds of the creek below make it so peaceful and relaxing. The fire place, gazebo, and full hook ups were an added bonus. Also, we had no problems backing our 26ft trailer in and there was enough room for 2 vehicles to park. We would definitely recommend and would rebook if we were coming back to the area. Thanks Mark!!

FANTASTIC Location with such nice amenities! The location backs up to a gorgeous gurgling River and is surrounded by luscious trees. The site had a cool gazebo with string lights over a nice picnic table. Full hookups available which is always great and hard to find in such a wonderful private spot and SO CLOSE to Mount Rainier!! This is my top stay in Washington by far!!!

Nice little spot right on the creek! The space is fairly level with full hookups which was convenient. The trees keep the space in the shade most of the day which was nice since it was 95+ degrees out, we didn't get too hot and the creek is a short walk to cool down in.
It's about a 10 minute drive to the Mt Rainier park entrance, perfect to get a lot of hiking in!

We stayed two nights at the Airstream Base next to the Skykomish River, and it was a fantastic glamping “off-grid” experience. The site is just a short walk from the river, pet-friendly (perfect for our dachshund), and the hosts were incredibly hospitable. They’ve thought of everything — from a propane grill to all the little comforts that make the stay easy and relaxing.
The atmosphere was romantic and close to some beautiful sights. The drive in was stunning, and during our stay we explored the historic wooden Baring Bridge, hiked to Barclay Lake, swam in the Skykomish River, and made s’mores by the campfire.
The only downside was some nighttime noise — road traffic, passing trains, and an odd car door closing sound every half hour — but a good pair of earplugs took care of that.
Overall, we can’t wait to come back. Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable stay!

Beautiful setting! Coal Creek just steps away on the back of the site!! We used this site as stop over for the night. Packwood is close for grocery or brewery. Even though there are cabins on either side, it was quiet and beautiful. Highly recommend!
